Steep stair to upper floor. Smoking or pets are not allowed. During the coldest season, we would prefer to have your request 48 hours before arrival so we have time to raise the temperature in the cabin.

Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

There is a private fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, TV and WiFi. In the bathroom, there is access to shampoo, shower soap, hand towels and bath towels. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

I huset finns också en härlig massagestol som kan nyttjas obegränsat. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kyl och frys. Finns behov av tvättmaskin kan det ordnas i huvudhuset. Sängen är bäddad och handdukar/badlakan och morgonrockar finns för er. Nespressomaskin med kapslar och te ingår i priset Tv och wifi finns Elbil kan laddas hos oss till självkostnadspris.
