The water views were breathtaking. The hot tub was a nice touch. Beautiful clean home. We loved our stay and would love to come again.

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

Great place for our girls weekend. Sadly the weather did not cooperate and we could not use the kayaks provided.

If you are looking for a serene and peaceful vacation look no further! This home was amazing and the beach was stunning. It was so quiet and private we basically had the entire beach to ourselves. Added bonus that it was only a three minute walk! The water was so crystal clear and beautiful. It was such an amazing vacation for our family. We stayed with our three children and parents and in laws and had plenty of space. It was much bigger in person! It also was nicely centrally located we were able to go to P town and take the ferry from Hyannis to Nantucket. Thank you William for an incredible stay.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in Sandwich. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The house was quaint and the layout fit our needs perfectly with our toddler. The little details of the art & decor throughout made us feel right at home. The kitchen was supplied with all the essentials, including detailed information about the home! We would absolutely recommend this place to friends & family. We look forward to booking again sometime soon!

Perfect Cape Cod getaway! This home is exactly as described in the listing and photos. Allison thought of everything to make this house feel like home. We spent the week here with 4 adults and 2 kids (4 and 1) and all of us agreed we would come back. Both kids had their own room and both couples had king sized beds to sleep in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook meals and barbecue out back. We grilled most nights and ate dinner on the back deck overlooking the big yard with views of the lake. A short walk to the lake with beach access was perfect for swimming in the afternoons. The house is clean and spacious. Would highly recommend for families.

Beautiful home 5 minutes from a private beach. We cooked and grilled and everything we needed could be found in the well stocked kitchen. Everything you need for the beach! Comfortable beds - distant water views! Easy!

The stay at Stephanie's place was fantastic! The location was great, only a short walk to the beach & boardwalk. The house was modern, spotless and well-equipped, including beach chairs and a cart. Stephanie was responsive and offered helpful recommendations. Watching the sunset from the beach or boardwalk each evening was a highlight! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Songbird Studio was the perfect b&b for me and my partner during our 3 days on the Cape. Private and peaceful, yet centrally located made getting anywhere of interest within 45 minutes extremely easy. The space was both clean and comfortable while also being very affordable compared to other listings. Ann was also such a gracious and hospitable host. The coffee shop right across the street was an added bonus in the mornings! Overall could not recommend this location enough and would 1000% stay here again.

great nestled out of the way place. Quiet neighborhood and I felt completely safe in and around the vicinity. Jennifer leaves very little to chance or nebulosity. so appreciated. I would stay there again without a second thought.

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

My fiance and I stayed here for a wedding we attended at the Wychmere. It was a convenient spot to stay, close to the venue and festivities. Lots of great beaches and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive as well. The space was clean and inclusive of everything we could’ve needed for a long weekend away. Check in and out were seamless and the property was easy to find.

We had a great stay at the Starfish Suite. We were in town for a girlfriends wedding and it was the perfect space for us. Carolyn was also very communicative and a great host!

We had a lovely time at Mary Alice’s place. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive before, during and after our stay. Even though we weren’t able to meet in person, she made sure we felt welcomed and had what we needed. She also offered flexible checkin/checkout which we didn’t end up needing, but it was nice to have as an option! The location is a quiet and cozy neighborhood that offered us privacy but was also walkable to the main street. Many thoughtful touches incorporated into the place - I can tell that she treats her home with so much love and care, and it shows! Would recommend!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Airbnb virgin….. but NOT ANY MORE! When I couldn’t figure out how to get in, at first I felt alone, scared, betrayed, abandoned, and almost closed my eyes to self sooth. But I forced myself to keep my eyes open, figured things out. All of a sudden I didn’t feel alone, I even felt loved/protected. Everybody was really nice. Even when I wasn’t. Thank you for letting me into your home!!

We had a beautiful stay at Anil's, and would book it again. The thoughtful use of space made the interior feel expansive, and the views to the bay are inspiring from every area. The kitchen was well-appointed and we really appreciated all the storage in the bedroom loft allowing us to unpack our clothes neatly. This is a great location just after the end of all the shops and restaurants on Commercial St.-so it's quiet and mostly residential. Loved it, thanks Anil!

We loved the place! We've stayed in many weekly rentals over the years in Ptown and this was at the top. The place is freshly renovated with everything you'll need to enjoy your week. The location can't be beat. You're just steps from the beaches, coffee shops, and restaurants. Christopher and Jeremy thank you for a GREAT stay.

These cottages are SUPER cute. We stayed in one of four on the property and this would be PERFECT for a large family all traveling together if you can secure all 4. The cottage was SUPER clean, had everything you could need and was exactly what we were looking for. It's less than a 10 min walk from downtown Falmouth's shops and restaurants. Everything in the house was in great condition. The host is super helpful and very responsive. Overall, we had a great time!
