Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Our en-suite bedroom with private entrance is all yours. It is a bright guest room with your very own bathroom and shower. Our home is located 3 to 4 km south-east of Dublin's city centre. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.

Though the suite is very private, it is an extension to our residence where we live, so we are nearby to help you with recommendations. Enjoy a stylish experience at this ideally located oasis. Sandymount village is charming with fantastic cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques. There’s a little park a few steps away and the beach is a 5 minute stroll away. There’s a bus stop right outside bringing you to city centre in 15 mins or walk it in 30 min. The Dart station is 5 min away, bringing you as far as Greystones to Howth. City bike rentals are readily available if you fancy a bike ride. No car necessary!

Cosy Space at St Stephens Green

My cosy flat is the perfect space for travellers looking for a small private space. It is located in a large Georgian house with other private apartments also in the building. The house itself is quite old and a little run down but my space is renovated with all you need for a comfortable stay. St Stephens Green and Grafton Street are a 5-minute walk and Temple Bar is 20 minutes walking. Not suitable to work from home as it does not have a comfortable work space.

Large gardens to sit out. Free parking, fully equipped, door to patio from living rm. Open fire. 2nd flr, v safe, no lift. By the sea. Strong WIFI, Netflicks, TV. Not a sleek mod hotel-like flat tho. Full of charachter. Stylish. Min july/aug stay is 6 days.
