Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sangdang-gu

We arrived late at night and were immediately in awe of how beautiful the hanok looked! It’s tucked away in a peaceful area, offering a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented. A welcome tray of Korean snacks and tea was a thoughtful touch. The hosts were excellent—communicative, helpful with arranging airport transport, and even assisted with our luggage on the last day. We truly wished we had booked a longer stay! A few small suggestions to improve the experience: a full-length mirror both upstairs and downstairs, a small bin in the toilet, hooks and shelves in the shower/sink area, and a door (instead of a curtain) for better privacy. An iron and ironing board would also be a welcome addition. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hanok to anyone looking to enjoy a more traditional Korean stay without sacrificing comfort.

Perfect location and close to station so we could get around very easily. Appreciate this as we used Arex trains and metros. Loved the location as there was a grocery near by, coffee and even food places. and the home had everything we needed from kitchen, washer/dryer and space was sufficient for 5 people. Highly recommend!!

It was the best place I've ever used Airbnb! Every time I went somewhere, I paid a lot of attention to cleanliness, but it was so clean and tidy that there was nothing to fault. I was so grateful for the sense of preparing something to eat simply and for asking me about this and that and for contacting me quickly and very kindly😊😊. If you walk a little, there are many things to enjoy, such as Haenggung-dong and Suwon Hwaseong, and if you go a little, there are Suwon Station and Ingye-dong, so the accessibility is good. Hahaha. If I have to go to Suwon in the future, I will only go here!!!!!!!! Everything is perfect, so if you're wondering where to go in Suwon, go here ~~!

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

I had a wonderful time in Seoul thank to Juyoung. The apartment is near Seoul station and perfect to travel in and out of the city. Juyoung always answered quickly to my questions and was very kind. Thank you so much!

It's close to Gungnamji, so it's good for night views, and it's about 10 minutes on foot from the city, so you can shop for everything you need on foot. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need. They're friendly and quick to respond. I recommend it!

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. My son was so sad to leave — he actually said he wanted to live here forever! I highly recommend this place to anyone vi

You decorated a small space in a rich and sensible way. The bed was so comfortable and it was nice to have a lot of things! In particular, it is very close to the Lotback Heart Cathedral, so I recommend this accommodation 200% for those who want to buy mango rice:) One thing that was disappointing (?) was that there were too many guidance messages before and after entering the room, so it was a little..burdensome.

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! The house was exactly like the photos – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. Usually when I see pictures the places look much smaller, but this place looked exactly like the photos. Every detail was the same and it was a perfect space for my family of five. The owner and Coze are very responsive and offer many extras such as help with transportation guidance, orders, and provided many tips on surrounding schools and stores. The area is very quiet, and the air is so fresh. My kids enjoy the creeks and trails and have biked from here to the Han river as the trails are so nice. If you like to hike, the trail head to the mountain is right in front. The walk to the red line is about 12 minutes away, we are surviving without a car and there are buses right in front. Have been here a few months, and we are so happy with our stay here.

A 5-Star Stay in the Heart of Gangnam If you’re reading this review, stop scrolling and just book this place - you won’t regret it! This by far was the best Airbnb accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I booked, the host went above & beyond in every possible way. We were celebrating a special birthday during our trip & the host helped us out with beautiful welcome decorations that made our arrival truly unforgettable. Their attention to detail made us feel so cared for, it was like being hosted by a friend who genuinely wants your stay to be perfect. The apartment is very close to COEX Mall with an Olive Young steps away on the ground floor of the building, convenience store restaus & cafes just around the corner. The stay was nice, room was very comfortable, the area is beautiful and the atmosphere was very immersive. At the location, the host was very good, telling us a lot about the location and history. There are some small details that I think would've made the stay better, like putting an empty room between guests with children, but overall it was a good place to soak in the history of the area.

The accommodation experience is super good, it is located in a residential area and is very quiet at night, the kitten is also very cute ~ The room is just like the photo, the landlord speaks Chinese very well!!Don't worry about language communication, the people are very, very nice, you can contact him if you have any problems, I hope Santa can make your wish come true this year🛗

The accommodation was impeccable and the host was very friendly, always available and very responsive to advise or help us. The nights were very quiet and relaxing, and the accommodation is close to the subway (~10 minute walk). The accommodation has a traditional style, giving a rather cute atmosphere.

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
