Beach condo holiday rentals in Sanibel

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

This condo was perfect for our getaway to Southwest Florida. Excellent host and very friendly! We will be certain to visit again!

We had a wonderful visit at Lover’s Key Beach club with our toddler. The view was spectacular! Neighbors were helpful and friendly. We had one visitor that came down to the pool to offer helpful swim instruction for our son. At times we had the entire pool to ourselves. We enjoyed the private beach and often were out there playing in the bay alone with dolphins close by. The bed and pull out sofa were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

We highly recommend Andrew & Megan's beautiful condo! Every detail is excellent!; the best place where we stayed. It's clean and beautiful, the master bedroom, the kitchen, the in-unit washer and dryer (a plus!), the storage room (a plus!), the lanai!, the parking, the nice pool, and last but not least, the beach just steps away. We couldn't ask for more, everything was excellent, A+.

We had a great stay at Susan‘s place. just walk across the parking lot and you are on the beach. There is lots of construction still going on in landscaping projects to the property. This is understandable considering all the hurricane damage and we knew that the pool was not going to be available prior to our reservation not that we would’ve used it anyway .Susan‘s home was very clean. The kitchen had everything you could imagine for whatever kind of meal you wanted to make . She even had beach chairs and shell bags in the extra closet available for our use! There was plenty of bath towels and beach towels also available . The beds were very comfortable. Susan communicated very well with us. We knew that the elevator was going to be down for a couple of days prior to our arrival not her fault just something that happens. We did not use the extra amenity programs that the condo area has for guests. We did use the new Pickleball courts and had a great time🙂We would rent here again

We had an amazing week in Sanibel. We had the pool to ourselves and it was an easy walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the furniture was higher quality than most airbnbs. It was also helpful that they let you know that they only provide one toilet paper roll, dishwasher tab, garbage bag etc so you can bring a few extra from home instead of having to buy more than you need. The elevator did break twice during our stay but the management company was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

Me and my two daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cindy‘s condo. We had everything we needed and then some. Fully stocked kitchen, and they even gave us a coffee mug, to take home as a souvenir! Lots of stuff for the beach and even a wagon to transport it. This condo is just a very short walk to the beach. There’s also several restaurants within walking distance, which we really appreciated. Overall, this condo is wonderful and we will definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

The BEST location. 5 minute walk to downtown but was still in a peaceful area. Beach was close by too! Our host was super responsive and helpful. The condo was so clean and lovely. We LOVED it here.

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. Quiet corner unit, pool was great, beach is beautiful and close enough to walk. Walking paths make it safe. Friendly neighborhood. Super Walmart and Publix very close. Tanya was extremely accommodating, and always available for questions and assistance. We will be back!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in the adorable and roomy studio we stayed it. Perfect fot two. Fabulous view. Great location if you want to wake up and go to bed and see the ocean. Coffee taste better at the beach. The rinse station super nice. Pool was very nice. I can’t tell you all the restaurants we went to amd had great food at all of them. So many beaches to explore. Thank you to our hostess! Cute decor.

Dana was fantastic and extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Readily available and flexible. Location was great.

We had a great stay in the condo! There was Champagne to welcome us, and the unit was stocked with toiletries from shampoo and conditioner to sun tan lotion. Linens, towels and all the kitchen equipment appeared brand new. Thank you Andrew!!

Beautiful place, great view from the lanai, peaceful area. Very attentive owners. We loved everything about this trip and truly did not want to leave.

Judy and Tom’s place was perfect for us. Exactly as pictured. Super walkable to restaurants, 7-Eleven, the pier/beach. Gorgeous area. Close, dedicated parking spot. Right be the pool. So easy and peaceful. Would love to come back! Great for couples or a quiet girls trip. Highly recommend the Tiki Boat Tours as well (walking distance).

The rental was really clean, the location is good, walking distance to the beach. The management company was in constant communication which was good. The unit has a storage closet with beach equipment such chairs, fishing polls, etc They also had some kid toys other guests might of left behind which was nice. The only thing could be improve are the house supplies. We got just 2 garbage bags, small dish detergent, 1 kitchen paper roll and 2 coffee filters. I feel the cleaning materials were not sufficient for a week rental. For the amount charged for cleaning fee I would expect more supplies. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, pots and others, but lack any spices even salt and pepper. We end up buying many little things for kitchen use during our stay. Overall we had a good experience.

We had a great stay! The condo, grounds, & location was fantastic. We loved the walking trails, pool area, & helpful staff. There is a great restaurant on site as well, with many others a short drive away. The condo amenities were some of the best I’ve experienced - nicely supplied kitchen & many beach, activity, pool items available in the condo.

Absolutely beautiful! Stay with confidence! Look exactly like photos, smartly organized and lots of great amenities! Loved our stay here! Christine is easy to communicate with and was just lovely to work with!

Keith and Jesyka were super responsive and flexible with our check in time. I had some meetings to take and they were kind enough to do an early check in so I can start my weekend early with friends but finish working at their place! The units and set-up of the pool were great, lots of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

If I could give 6 🌟, I would. This is our second stay with Holly. To say she is responsive is an understatement! We were thrilled with our stay. We love everything about the condo…the bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. We made great use of the beach chairs and umbrellas since each day was filled with sunshine. We enjoyed walking and visited some of the restaurants we’d enjoyed in the past. Watched sunsets from Holly’s screened in balcony and on the beach. It is great to see Captiva recovering. Without hesitation, we would stay in the condo AGAIN! Really a super host!
