Townhouse holiday rentals in Sanibel

I literally booked this airbnb 3 hours before arriving. Tina was flexible with check in time. When we arrived, place was just as described on the listing. We only booked for one night, so it was perfect. We also brought our bernedoodle. Price for the listing was well worth it, especially bringing a pup. When we left, I forgot my pups water bowl. Tina offered to mail it to me, however I was right in Sanibel so I just drove back to pick it up. Will def be back next time with my two kiddos !

Wonderful condo! Right on the beach and next to the pool area. Great sunsets! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the screened in balcony. Kim as very easy to communicate with.

The location is everything! The private beach access with a walkway and shell washing station was a great touch. The beach was quiet and not busy at all. Jim was great with his communication and he offered us excellent recommendations. When we arrived we noticed the beach umbrella was broken and within an hour of letting Jim know, there were three beach umbrellas delivered to us! We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable, and right on the beach! It is a perfect place for a family vacation. We will be coming back for sure!

Spectacular! That's the least I can say about this beachfront townhouse. The property is impeccable with a beautiful view of the beach from almost every point of the house and fully equipped for a very pleasant vacation. Kim keeps guests informed of everything needed (in my case via text messages which was much appreciated without interfering with privacy). Finally I would like to highlight the convenience of a garage for 2 cars and above all the excellent pool which is very enjoyable after a day at the beach. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making sure our family had a wonderful week on Sanibel.

This comfortable and very cheerful condo is a pleasure to rent. The vaulted ceilings make the condo open and airy. Ana Maria is a wonderful host who responds almost instantly to any questions posed over the Airbnb website. The home is well appointed and the beds in all three bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, serving pieces , pots and pans. It also has many of the small electric appliances you need including a blender and a George Foreman grill. We made use of the screened in porch, and watched the bird and animal life on the lake as we ate breakfast almost every morning. The garage is a bonus, although almost everyone parks on the pads in front of their garages. The community’s heated pools are wonderful, and my wife enjoyed the water aerobics classes. We stayed for 5 days. It was very easy to get there, check-in, check-out. The place was just as it was described and very clean. Everything we needed/wanted was very close by and easy to accesss. Stores, restaurants, the ocean... Great information from the host about the place and the area. Would definitely stay again!

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

The townhouse was 1 of the best AirBnBs I've spent time in. It was VERY comfortable and had everything we need and then some. It was very spacious and we enjoyed everything.

Alicia is a perfect host for this Air B&B, five star all the way. It was like walking into your own home and having everything in place like you owned it. All that is described is totally accurate and more. The house is super clean and very well decorated. The location of the place is central to beaches, restaurants and other activities, also very quiet. Not a far drive to anywhere you want to go. The pool for this unit is clean and well maintained. We were very blessed to have stayed at this Air B&B. We will be returning in the near future. Many thanks Alicia for hosting us.

The townhouse was so nice!! We asked about a grill and James made sure we had one to use.

We loved staying at this beautiful, and well appointed townhouse. Everything was just as described, and super clean. It is very conveniently located with Publix just a mile away, and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The only downside to our visit was getting to and from the beaches, as the roads are very congested. The beaches are wonderful though, so worth the traffic. We would definitely book with Pamela again, as she was very friendly and helpful. How this helps in your decision making.

Loved my month long stay at Pedro's cute, little home. The first thing I noticed was how nice it smelled and how clean it was. Very well stocked with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was very nice and refreshing. Sanibel Island was so close and I made many low tide visits for shelling. Met up with friends at Fort Myers beach, Lover's Key and Barefoot beach. All within drivable distances. I would recommend getting to the beaches by 10 am. Parking lots fill up quickly. Bunche Beach was close enough for making use of the bikes provided. Watched many sunsets there. Checked out many the local restaurants. Publix grocery store is a mile away. I ran many different routes in the neighborhood and always felt safe. The area is still coming back from hurricane devastation, but that never bothered me at all.

Ryan and Kristi's place was great! They had everything as described and were very responsive to anything we needed. The location was private and it's in the cutest little neighborhood that's great for a walk or bike ride.

Beautiful place, Rick was very responsive and always checked in to see how everything was going. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Clara's condo was so clean and inviting. Everything was just as pictured and described. Clara was always quick to respond and helpful when questions arose. The beach amenities that were available for use were wonderful! We plan to return for sure!

Mariana is a superb and very hospitable host.I must say one of the best Airbnb Ive stayed. I felt right at home.Her home was very clean,neat and orderly.Her home is cozy, quaint and quiet nestled with lots of greenery. Her home is very exquisite and elegant and inviting.Tbe price was beyond worth it for this hidden gem.Most of all, I felt like I was communicating with a family member.From her thoughtful words prior to check in and responsive communication all the way until check .Everything was beyond my expectation and I am very appreciative to have such a wonderful caring host. Cindy is the perfect, gracious host - thoughtful, friendly and responsive. Her place is beautiful and well kept, with all the amenities we could want. The pool is pristine. We were also thankful for the beach chairs and beach towels. We didn’t have a chance to use the bicycles -I wish we’d had more time to enjoy this lovely place and the stunning turquoise gulf waters. Thank you, Cindy, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay @ colleen's place. We had a wonderful time and the place was exactly as described, it even looks better in person. It has everything that you need for a staycation. Colleen was super nice, for letting us check in before the actual check in time with no additional fees. Had nothing to complain about, we highly recommend this place and will definitely book with them again.

Had a great stay! Marc's place was exactly as described, warm, welcoming, and pet friendly 😀. It was an easy drive to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel. Would love to stay there again!

My family had the privilege of staying here 12/15-1/15/24. The place felt recently updated and was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities, bedrooms were spacious for a family of four, although my one teenager loved the Murphy bed. Family made a lot of memories at the kitchen/dining table playing games! We look forward to hopefully getting back next year.
