Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. 200 years old wooden farmhouse on 1200 m altitude

An alpine dream! A 200-year-old farmhouse in a secluded location, accessible via a private road. It is situated in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Großes Walsertal – a place where people live in harmony with nature. 140 m² divided into: 1rst floor (ceiling height 1.95 m): wood-paneled living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. 2nd floor (ceiling height 1.88 m): one bedroom, a connected room with two sleeping areas (one with two single beds and one with a double bed). Arrive, feel at home, and unwind.

In the same house, there is another, completely separate apartment that can also be rented. The apartment itself is poorly visible from the outside. The view of the Swiss mountains is fantastic. Enjoy the sunset or enjoy a movie on the projector.

Welcome to Haus Küng. We are very pleased that you are interested in a holiday in one of our four cozy apartments. The apartments, furnished in bright wood, in the rural style, are furnished with one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen-living room and comfortable bathroom with shower/toilet. Each apartment has a balcony, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. Our house is in the countryside in quiet location, off the main road.

The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.
