Delicious meals, good wines, nice people, good weather almost all year, beautiful sunsets and a lot of historical places, such as palaces, ancient churches and medieval castles. THE HOUSE: The house is located in a quiet residential area beside the beach, with restaurants, coffeeshops, supermarkets, and pharmasies nearby. At the nearby kiosks you get tobacco, videos and magazines. The house is located only 15 min walking from the centre of town. It´s an independent house, no parking problems, 615 meters of garden, private swimming pool, grill beside pool, 2 kitchens (one poolside auxiliary), 3 bathrooms (one poolside auxiliary), 5 bedrooms (3 double beds and 7 individual beds), lounge with fireplace, air conditioning, heating, several televisions. The house is fully equipped in respect to household goods (kitchenware, towels, cutlery, glasses, pans, etc). Maintainance and cleaning of swimming pool will be done weekly.
