Located in the countryside, in a very quiet little village, this place is perfect for relaxing or making a stopover. Equipped and spacious (parking space in front, independent entrance and umbrella bed on request), this apartment will satisfy anyone looking for calm. Out of respect for the neighborhood as well as the tranquility of the village, festive gatherings are prohibited.

Ideally located in the center of the spa town of Evaux-les-Bains and close to all shops on foot (bakery, butcher, tobacco, news,...) On the ground floor of a townhouse with living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and dining area as well as an adjoining bedroom with bathroom and toilet. 30 m2 covered inner courtyard, with outdoor lounge, giving access to the garden.

A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Close to a small pond, you will find a charming apartment adjoining an old renovated barn. This nature-lined home will please you with its simplicity. You will find birdsong, flowers, greenery and above all calm: it's the countryside! 🙃 You will be on a central point to do the best activities in Creuse: Les Pierres Jaumatres, the Etang des Landes... And 20 minutes from Guéret, the site of the three lakes. I will be delighted to advise you!

You will find all the comforts you need, with an equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and an adjoining bedroom with bathroom and toilet. A washing machine is available for your use (shared by both apartments) This apartment is rated 3 stars by Creuse Tourisme.

Dog friendly gîte. No additional costs are charged for a pet. The gîte has a 2-person bed, a kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, small oven, 4 burner stove, hood and electric heaters. Shower and toilet are accessible from the outside through the covered porch with woodburner. From the gîte you can walk to the forest and walk there for hours, with or without your dog. Bookings for 1 night on request.
