Holiday houses in Sannicola

We spent a wonderful 10 days in June in Maurizio's apartment:) The apartment is super charming, has a unique atmosphere. We felt like at home. The apartment has everything you need during the vacation. Additionally, the church bell tower which charmingly welcomes you every day with its "bim bam". The cordial inhabitants of Alezio - we felt as if time had stood still:) Older gentlemen play cards in the evening, a small bar invites you for a coffee or a drink, on a small square you can eat pizza or dessert - the supermarket is a few steps from the apartment. Salvador has great vegetables a minute from the apartment. All this makes it possible to recharge your batteries. The sea is a short drive away. And what wonderful water! warm and clean. Maurizio is a very nice owner of this charming place. He welcomed us and said goodbye - he was very responsive before and during the stay. He suggested where and what is worth seeing in the area. Maurizio thank You so much!!😊👏

Le foto erano bellissime, ma la realtà ha superato ogni aspettativa: la location è semplicemente mozzafiato, immersa in un contesto autentico, curato nei minimi dettagli e in perfetto stato di manutenzione. La casa è pulitissima, accogliente, e trasmette fin da subito il vero spirito della Puglia.Non è una struttura “per turisti”, ma un luogo che racconta l’anima del territorio, dove si respira calore e tradizione Ma ciò che rende davvero unica questa esperienza sono i proprietari: persone di una disponibilità e gentilezza rare. Sempre presenti, mai invadenti e pronti a consigliare.È grazie a loro se questa esperienza assume un valore ancora più speciale. Sono l’essenza dell’ospitalità italiana, quella autentica, fatta con il cuore. Se un viaggiatore straniero volesse scoprire davvero cosa significhi essere accolti in Italia, questo è il posto perfetto per capirlo.Difficile dare un voto a tutto questo, perché è un’esperienza che va oltre le stelle.Grazie per averci fatto sentire a casa

Casa accogliente, pulita e con tutti i comfort, posizione perfetta per rilassarsi ma allo stesso tempo perfetta per raggiungere i vari posti con la movida.

From check in to check out Ermanno & Daniela welcomed us in their little Mansardina with some nice treats. Everyday they left some treats for us in the morning which we appreciated very much. The attic is excellent and extremely beautiful clean and comfortable. The hosts are great, very friendly and flexible. I will definitely recommend it! Thank you so much! We hope to come back soon!

La villa di Stefano è una location molto bella, accogliente, pulita non solo negli spazi interni ma anche molto curata negli spazi esterni. La piscina, l'area barbecue/pizza, il gazebo esterno e la spettacolare doccia esterna hanno contribuito a rendere indimenticabile il ns soggiorno. Non manca assolutamente nulla, la location nel suo complesso è davvero favolosa: la nuova cucina interna, poi, una vera ..chicca! Stefano è stato un host molto accogliente e discreto, ci ha fatto sentire da subito a ns agio, e ci ha dato anche utili consigli per muoverci nei dintorni. Casa a due passi dalla piazza, ampia negli spazi e molto pulita al nostro arrivo. Dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Posizione strategica per visitare il Salento. Host cordiale e a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza.

We had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s place! It is located in a quiet and local area about a 10-minute walk from the old town, making it the perfect location for Lecce. The place is spacious with plenty of amenities - full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The bed was comfortable and we had great night sleeps with the fan. The best part had to be the pool and outdoor area! We loved breaking up the hot days with a couple hours in the pool each day. We stayed there as a couple but there was plenty of space for a big family or friends. The bonus was having accessible parking outside the house - while not part of the property, we had no trouble finding some each day. The hosts had fantastic communication too, making check-in seamless and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again if we were in Lecce in the future!

Deliziosa casetta arredata con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, impreziosita da un ampio terrazzo perfetto per momenti di relax, aperitivi al tramonto e cene all’aperto. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Giulia, la co-host, è stata gentilissima, accogliente e sempre pronta a dare ottimi consigli. Matino si è rivelata una base strategica per esplorare la zona, da nord Gallipoli fino a sud di Otranto. Consigliatissima!
