Our property is on the ground floor and has a private parking space at the very entrance. The large, spacious balcony adds to the beautiful surroundings and views. At any time of day:-) Nearby, there is an outdoor city pool and indoor pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, gym. The ski slope and Biedronka shop are about 100 m away. The Bieszczady Chata facility is located in Malinówka. The villa is environmentally friendly and has been equipped with solar panels. It includes 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave oven, a seating area and a bathroom with a bidet. The villa has a flat-screen TV. Guests have access to a sauna, a hot tub and a children's playground with a trampoline and a ping pong table. In your free time you can relax in the garden or in the common lounge area.

Winter is mostly ski lifts, a skating rink, an indoor pool, or a sauna. Summer includes hiking in the mountains, boating on the lake,a Bavarian cable car, or some interesting sinks.
