Holiday rentals with beach access in Sanremo

Top Unterkunft + tolle Gastgeberin Highlights: - Alles war sehr sauber, sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. - Das Apartment ist direkt (50m Fussweg) am Meer (privater Strand + nettes Café) gelegen. - Die Kommunikation mit Isabella war einfach, klar und freundlich. Weiteres: - Das Apartment wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas klein, aber aufgrund der Organisation hat man alles (wir waren mit unserem Baby da und die Wohnung hat für ein paar Tage Ferien ausgereicht). Wir würden das Apartment bei einem erneuten Sanremo-Trip wieder buchen.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Die Unterkunft ist in einem schönen und ruhigen Quartier gelegen. Eine Wunderschöne Wohnung, in der man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Federico ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben über die Umgebung, Restaurants usw. Das Check-in lief ganz unkompliziert ab und man bekommt im voraus alle Anweisungen.

The location is amazing— right next to the beach and the markets, and lots of restaurants and shops in the old city. There are many bars open late all around the apartment. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

We loved our stay here! The beautiful surrounding, the vegetation, the fresh smell of flowers and the soothing sounds of the ocean - absolutely divine. Fabio was responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed our short stay.

Wir vermissen die Tage und die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Wir waren fast ausschliesslich zu Fuss bis in die Innenstadt von Ventimiglia ca. 15 Minuten (zur Markhalle, zum Eisessen und bis zum Bahnhof) und mit der Bahn (Fahrt nach Menton und Monaco) unterwegs. Für uns perfekt. Der kleine Strand unterhalb des Hauses war bezaubernd und wir waren fast jeden Abend schwimmen. Claudia ist eine Top-Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Cyrille was really friendly and responsive and the studio was clean and well equipped. The views were absolutely gorgeous and would highly recommend this stay.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Cute house in a perfect location.

Petite maison idéalement placée surblombant la mer et au milieu des pins. Marcello nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nuits merveilleuses avec une literie très confortable et au son des vagues. 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la plage par un joli chemin. Très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut ainsi que des petites attentions et de bonnes adresses . Séjour très relaxant et ressourçant !

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Appartement très agréable, bien situé, propre et bien aménagé. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin comme équipement. Nous nous y sentions chez nous du fait aussi de la décoration personnelle comme si c'était un lieu véritablement habité par ses occupants et non pas un logement commercial. Un balcon avec une belle vue sur les toits du vieux Nice, ses clochers et la mer le rend plus agréable encore.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

Excellente semaine passée dans l'appartement de Muriel avec un accueil très sympathique de Corinne. Tout était conforme à la description sur le site. Une belle ville, un bel appartement et une immense terrasse avec le soleil toute la journée. Une fois la voiture au parking, tout se fait à pieds (courses, marché, restaurants, casino,...) avec la gare toute proche 11 minutes pour Monaco, 13 minutes pour Vintimille, et des bus au pied de l'immeuble si l'on n''aime pas le train. Parfait pour nous. ...nous n'avons pas testé la plage car fin mars c'est un peu juste, mais pour les courageux, elle est à 50 mètres de l'immeuble.
