Holiday rentals with beach access in Liguria

Leonardo's place in Riomaggiore was everything we hoped for, and more! The apartment was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It included so many little extras: a Nespresso machine, biscuits, Nutella (!), bottled water and even Prosecco! The balcony was absolute heaven. A perfect place to drink coffee in the morning, watch beautiful sunsets every night and to people watch at any time. The pizza restaurant right downstairs, Rio Pizza, had delicious pizza and the people there are so friendly and warm. There's also a gelato store right down stairs. We booked a sunset boat trip, which was so much fun, and left from the water front right below our apartment. I could go on and on. Perfect location, perfect apartment. We loved everything about it.

The location and views from the balcony are amazing. It’s a simple accommodation that had everything we needed to enjoy and explore the area. Host provided great insight about the area, restaurants and hikes. We would stay again!

Daniela is a great host! She even took over our restaurant reservations with great recommendations! The view is really priceless. Unfortunately, the swimming pool or the people living there are a little lively, but Daniela can't do anything about that. Facility super well maintained and apartment perfectly equipped! We will be back!

What a fantastic stay we had at Fabrizio’s place! It is easy to get to, conveniently located to the train station, the beach, and numerous restaurants. The space was just perfect for us - and the best part was the outdoor space! We spent a lot of time outside on the patio just soaking in the sunshine, fresh air, and listening to the birds and the sea. If we ever have the chance to come back to Monterosso al Mare, we will be sure to stay there again! Perfetto! Grazie Mille!

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. We immediately felt very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, although we preferred to eat in the beautiful restaurants just around the corner. But the best thing would be the two terraces, the view of the sea and the swimming area, simply indescribable. A glass of wine in the evening and watching the sunset, watching the ships and letting the day end, wonderful. We will definitely come back next year, as we still have a lot to discover!

Central convenient location and an absolutely stunning ocean view. The balcony is also lovely for having coffee or a drink. The AC works very well. The apartment is tiny but perfect for a single or couple for a weekend.

Antonellas place is the best! We particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio overlooking the coast. We weren’t sure which town to stay in when we booked but ended up being so glad we chose Corniglia- each Cinque Terre village gets busy and crowded during the day, but Corniglia in particular gets so quiet and peaceful after all the crowds leave. It was so relaxing!! Thank you Antonella!!

This house is magical. :) The ancient stone walls married with the beautifully modern and renovated kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The views exceptional. Our family of 5 (3 kids, young professionals, in their 20s) were completely at home and always excited for their next adventure. There was something for everyone - hiking, swimming, wonderful restaurants, and adventures to other villages and towns. The trains, trails, and shuttles met every need. The TWO terraces were family central to admire views, share stories of the day, and be together. Corniglia is delightful. It empties out in the evening and we felt like locals. The villagers were so welcoming. Christina was a perfect host. We all want to come back.

We had a great stay at Matteo’s place! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. Matteo was an excellent host – very quick to respond and always happy to offer helpful local tips on restaurants and places to visit. His advice really added to our experience. Highly recommended!

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. Beautiful house with amazing views! We used this as a home base to enjoy all 5 villages. House is well appointed and they include little extras like espresso pods and beach towels. As described there are many steps to navigate from the town so make sure to pack light if possible since washer is available at the house now.

A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Nice, clean and everything you need

Very nice balcony. Some of the windows have window screens, so you can open them without worrying about mosquitoes. The WiFi could be improved, it didn’t work at times during our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was really well equipped and everything else was perfect for us. Ornela was incredibly nice and always available. The entire process was very straightforward. The only thing we noticed that was somewhat negative was the noise from the main street and the adjacent construction site when you spent the day comfortably on the terrace. For us, however, as I said, only a small point, since we were on the road a lot during the day. We felt very comfortable in Quinto! All the people were very nice and above all super dog-friendly.
