Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Welcome to my cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath studio only 10 min from downtown Greenville. This home is Duplex home (which means 2 homes side by side) But each home is its own unit. The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit and the lock box for entry. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.

Cozy 2-Bedroom Retreat, Sleeps 6, Luxe Shower

We loved our stay! My husband is in a wheelchair so we brought our ramps to help us navigate the steps into the house. The interior of the home was ideal for a wheelchair. Plenty of open space, a generously sized master bedroom and a bathroom which a full turn radius for his wheelchair. The bathroom is gorgeous! We loved the rain shower head. The entire home is decorated beautifully, and was spotlessly clean. We enjoy staying in homes that are newly renovated and attractively designed. It was pet friendly so we were able to bring our mini schnauzer. I loved how they provided dog bowls. Also a plus was that there was a Keurig and TVs in each of the bedrooms. They even had an air purifier running at all times. It was a delightful stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood which was conveniently close to Cherrydale Point.

We had a great time. We had planned several things to do in Greenville, but we were so comfortable and at home in the Airbnb that we ended up staying at home and goofing off there more than we had planned. Super clean and super comfortable.

If you’re on the fence… do yourself the favor and just book it. This is by far the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It’s incredibly well appointed and so cozy. In the kitchen there is no appliance or gadget that isn’t stocked. And the backyard is stunning. I would give 10 stars if I could.
