Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Le Petit Cortal de la Caranca**** tout juste rénové, vous accueillera toute l'année, avec tout le confort pour passer un excellent séjour. La maison a son parc voiture donc pas de souci de stationnement. Sa jolie terrasse en bois avec sa vue imprenable sur la montagne vous laissera un souvenir inoubliable, une lumière particulière venant des falaises de schistes. Pas de vis à vis. A 2 mn de du train jaune et des gorges de la Caranca. Classé meublé de tourisme ****.
