Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Look forward to Park Sanssouci right outside the front door (about a 300-meter walk). The historic city center, with its cozy street and park cafés and excellent shopping options, can be reached in about five minutes on a pleasant walk, which takes you through the historic old town.

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. After a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the accommodation by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). You can do small shopping for food, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service within 200 meters to the accommodation. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space can be booked on the property for 5.00€/night.

Our exclusively equipped Art Remise offers comfortable and very central accommodation for two to four guests: in just a few minutes on foot you can reach the Sanssouci Palace, the historic Potsdam city center or the water landscape on the Havel Bay. The art-studio is in the backyard, so it is very quiet. Or explore Berlin from Potsdam: the train will take you directly to Berlin Central Station in just 30 minutes without having to change trains!

In beautiful Potsdam and its often even more beautiful backyards you will find our new house with its two apartments Elise and Charlotte. Here you book one of the two apartments, which are almost identical. The apartment is 52 sqm large, has an 11 sqm terrace and is completely furnished. Due to the backyard location and the view into the greenery, relaxation is guaranteed despite the capital city flair.

Enjoy life by the lake at this peaceful and centrally-located place to stay. Our apartment has just been renovated with a lot of love for detail. The fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating and large terrace invite you to relax and work. Swimming on the property at the jetty with us at the Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam is possible for the brave almost all year round ;-).

Downtown Potsdam, live in the Dutch Quarter.

The apartment is on the first floor in the courtyard building. There is a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. A cozy outdoor area is all yours too. You will stay in a Dutch house in the Holl. Quarter. Downtown location with 1-minute walk to the tram. The main train station can be reached via 4 stations. Almost all attractions, food, drink, shopping are within walking distance.
