Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following rules in mind: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 11:00 AM • If online check-in has not been completed, late arrivals are subject to the following fees:  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM — €30  • 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM — €50 • Guests must present a valid ID at their arrival. • To book, at least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Parties or events are not allowed. • The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the reservation. • Pets are not allowed. • Before check-out, please place trash in the designated bins and load used dishes and glasses into the dishwasher.

Our cozy 81 m2 apartment offers easy access to the vibrant center of Barcelona and the tranquility of an oceanfront neighborhood. Welcome to my apartment. Its convenient location, modern amenities and proximity to the sea offer visitors a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is designed with an open floor plan. The lounge features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, a dining table where you can dine with your loved ones, and a door that leads to a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen has the necessary kitchen utensils and cutlery to prepare delicious homemade dishes. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has one double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed. Both beds have hotel-quality bedding for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay. Guests will have access to the entire residence. Check-in is after 4pm, based on availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for first use: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products, and trash bag. If you need extra cleaning or bedding, please let us know and we are happy to provide you with an additional fee. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a policy of reasonable use of utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: 20€ (pair of extra keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with bedding: The price of a cleaning fee.
