Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado. Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros. (Se aplicará el impuesto turístico en Cataluña 1€ persona/noche)

Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

The house is located on a plot of 800 square meters. It's a modern design house, very spacious, bright and comfortable. Located in a residential area (Urbanización Fontpineda) on top of a small hill 10' from the village of Pallejá, which is 20 km from Barcelona. It's preferable to have a private car. Pallejá has public train and bus transportation service to Bcn. There is a bus that connects with Pallejà approximately every hour. And less often on weekends.
