Our house is located in Sant Vicenç de Montalt Beach ,30 min North of Barcelona , with very good train connections to Barcelona center (plaza Catalunya) . Railway station can be easily reached on a short walk along the beautiful beach . Thare are many good restaurants , shops and a big fitness center in the neighbourg . The house has 3 floors and all rooms have new furniture and a lot of light. A nice garden with a big table to have wonderful outdoor breakfasts .

Nice and cozy oceanfront apartment. We are on the 9th floor of a nine-story building. It is in a very quiet pedestrian area called "La Isla" There are parking lots near the house, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gas station... In 5 minutes on foot you are on the beach. And in 7 - 8 at the train station. In just over 30 minutes you are in downtown Barcelona and a little more at the airport.
