Surrounded by native trees, the house is built with warm and designer materials, double glazed openings with mosquito nets, wood heater, cold/hot air, it has a large open living-kitchen space, 1 bedroom en suite (double bed) with exit to the deck, 1 bedroom with bed with trolley (2 twin beds) and 2nd bathroom. Wifi x fiber optic. Grill for 6 with utensils. Deck chairs to take to the beach. Parking space. No separate electricity charge.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

It has recently been refurbished with top quality materials and equipped to a high standard which guarantees a comfortable stay (high density mattresses and full bedding, good water pressure, comfortable and complete bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, oil radiator stoves, kitchen with full equipment, high brightness, etc.)

Our house is located in the El Ensueño spa one and a half blocks from the beach. It is a place where forest and beach coexist ideal for rest. It is also very close to the city of Colonia del Sacramento (25 km), a UNESCO World Heritage site. The house is nice, comfortable, practical. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
