A Quintessential Santa Barbara cottage in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara built in 1915. The rooms are rather small (Think Parisian Hotel) but well-appointed and quaint: a place to hang your hat, charge your phone, rest your feet, set your glass and simply relax. The Living Room is intimate. Think of this space as a private parlor car in a train, perhaps, perfect for reading! The more spacious backyard is perfect for sharing stories, relaxing and unwinding around the fire pit and cozy sofas.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Cozy House near Down Town

Stylish and centrally-located House. Our house is located few blocks from down town and Santa Barbara Beach. We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. Come and enjoy our house to experience the Santa Barbara lifestyle. Small pets may be considered, please messaged us BEFORE booking with information of your pet to verify approval. I'm a super host.

This dreamy, boho Spanish-style house is perfectly located just 1 mile from State Street and the beach. The unit is on a duplex with a private entrance, gated backyard with a bbq and gorgeous dining area, full kitchen, and beautifully remodeled bathroom. The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.

Great cottage design with a balance of of style and old charm. Private patio and onsite parking. Located a few blocks away from downtown in a quiet part of Santa Barbara. You will be able to walk to downtown or take a short drive to most locations in Santa Barbara. City is going to start some kind of road maintenance in sept until novemeber. As of this time 9/5 they haven't started but have been delivering notices around. I will include the full transcript in 'other details to note'

Baby Dux is an artist-designed, boho chic, STUDIO APARTMENT with comfortable queen-size SOFA BED ideal for one or two people, with KITCHENETTE: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, heat-induction hot plate, High Speed WiFi, HDTV, full bathroom, washer, dryer, AC, Heater, on-site parking for one car. The three rooms: living/bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom cover 260 square feet (24 square meters).

Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. As of this time 9/5 nothings started yet but theyve started leaving these notices around. Going to include a transcript of the notice in another section.
