Come visit us in West Beach one of the oldest continuously inhabited beach villages in California… Take in all the gorgeous views of Santa Barbara while having easy foot access to best in town local restaurants, wineries, breweries, farmers markets and Funk Zone shopping. You are in the center of it all. Did we mention the beaches? Turn left at bike path and head to Stearns Wharf, East Beach or Butterfly Beach. Turn right and you've got the Marina, Leadbetter Beach and Shoreline Park.

Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure.
