Holiday rentals with a kayak in Santa Clara County

this home was absolutely gorgeous! very spacious inside and out~ barry and christy were awesome, communication was great as well. my siblings and i spent time having a staycation here for the holidays and we had a great time! the backyard is beautiful, such a wonderful setting with lights and everything, my boyfriend even set it up and proposed to me back there! was an amazing trip we won’t soon forget, definitely recommend it !!!

we loved staying here! everything was in excellent condition and looked exactly like the photos, plus you can’t beat the location! the beach was right across the street and walking distance to coffee, shops, food, etc. evan was super responsive and gave very clear, easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out. highly recommend for your next beach trip!! ☀️

A very thoughtfully prepared home in a great location, perfect for easy (walkable) access to the beach and paths. Super comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Home was well stocked, including high chair & pack-n-play. Omar was very responsive and accommodating. Beach was within walking distance of home.

Have visited North end of Santa Cruz many times and long ago lived near the harbor. Had not spent much time in South end of Santa Cruz which was a treat. Surfview house was the perfect place for a beach holiday allowing you to feel like a Santa Cruz local for a few days. Lot's of opportunities a short walk from the house. All the beach amenities you could ask for. Kitchen and 2nd floor living space has spectacular views and kitchen was well stocked with fancy new appliances and a pleasure to prepare meals. Hope to return for a future visit.

Evan's place provides the best views of the ocean and is located close to multiple beach waves points. The electric bikes made for great fun, as we rode all over town. It was a great place, for a great price. A true million dollar view, especially from the decks. Highly recommend to people of all ages.

The home matched our expectations from the listing. We cooked almost every meal at home and the kitchen had all of the appliances and kitchenware we needed. Tom was also very responsive and had simple check-in and check-out instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a great location, close to the boardwalk, beach, shopping, and restaurants. Very comfortably fit our group of eight. The hot tub was very relaxing, we enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit, and took many trips to the beach on the bikes. The hosts responded quickly and were very friendly as well, would definitely recommend staying here!
