We spent some incredible days at Matías's house. It is super comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy to the fullest a few days in this quiet area of Mar del Plata. I recommend it 100%.

Everything was excellent, good care of the host, the house was super comfortable and complete. The neighborhood is very quiet and accessible.

The house is as shown in the pictures, spacious, modern and very well equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. Also, the location is excellent, close to everything we need, but quiet enough to rest. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Vero's house is very welcoming, with very nice details that generate a beautiful energy, the house is comfortable and impeccable, it has everything you need to spend a nice stay, kitchen, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, utensils of all kinds. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute, on the avenue there are businesses of all kinds. I'm a genius, very kind, very good communication and very comfortable check-in and checkout. We had a great time, I would come back, thank you Vero!.

Martin is an exceptional host. Attentive, friendly, communicative and always willing to find solutions. Our stay did not turn out to be what I expected and Martin was very willing to solve the problems. That alone deserves the best rating. Because sometimes things happen and the fact that he responded so positively shows the quality of the person he is. The location of the PH couldn't be better. Close to everything. The house is perfect for a short stay, it is spacious and safe.

Came here all the way from the USA for a quick 7 day stay had. Small grocery store right in front of the building so everything I needed was there had the gym all to my self most nights. If I ever need a quick stay Fernando will be the one I speak too!

The accommodation is beautiful, it has a dreamy view and everything you need to spend a few days with family surrounded by nature. Both Daniel and Noemí were incredibly friendly from the day I wrote to them, until we left the house on the last day. We were able to enjoy a new year in the peace of Sierra de los Padres feeling at home.

Spectacular apartment near the sea. 🩵 Everything is very clean, modern and cozy! Every detail is designed for maximum comfort, it even has a hair dryer in the bathroom, which is very useful when the temperature in the city is low. Gabriela and Gerónimo are very attentive at all times, with high data for walking. It has a beautiful balcony overlooking the square and the sea. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back! I can only thank Natalia for the service offered, for always being attentive to the messages I sent her and solving problems quickly and effectively! Also, to her husband for receiving me on the first day! The apartment is very well connected, 10 minutes walk from Plaza Colón and the casino. In two/three islands you have everything you need to live: bakery / supermarket / greengrocers / butchers / gym / laundries. Inside, there's everything you need to enjoy your stay and not miss anything, no complaints! I recommend you choose this accommodation and enjoy Mar del Plata and its atmosphere! I hope to be able to return in the summer and enjoy the beach and the surroundings more!!

Very nice apartment, comfortable. As seen in the photos, a beautiful view that does not appear in the photos presented by Emanuel, but that adds a lot. For me, 10/10 would definitely come back.
