O espaço é exclusivo. Não há outras casas, portanto propício para descansar e ficar longe da bagunça do dia a dia. A casa está organizada para acomodar uma família com até 3 pessoas. Tem mais dois colchões de solteiro com dois travesseiros. Acomoda assim tranquilamente 5 pessoas. Também há espaço para barracas.
