Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Coloma de Gramenet

Everything was great — the apartment was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. A baby cot was provided, which was very helpful. One downside is that the kitchen chairs should be replaced, as they are broken and unsafe to sit on. Another small issue was the weak water pressure in the shower cabin. The location is convenient for reaching the city center, and there's a large supermarket just across the street.

It is a great accommodation that is very modern and well maintained. I was there with my wife and my 2 year old daughter. We were all thrilled, especially the little one who could play directly on the beach where there is also a small playground. I can only recommend it!

The location and accommodation are an excellent choice for those who want peace after an active day. A lot of amenities (grocery stores, restaurants of various types, beach, subway) are available on foot. The apartment was very tidy. The host gave useful instructions, the communication was simple and pleasant. They are a bit louder at night over the weekend, but the overall impression is that we would love to return to this accommodation in case of a return visit to Barcelona :)

Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view of Barcelona and the Mediterranean! We loved our stay and Carmen was an excellent host. She made sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with Cava and sweets for our 20th wedding anniversary. We highly recommend this apartment, it is clean and accessible to Barcelona and the beach.

Apartment RITA was a true find. It's in a prime location, across from the beach in Sitges. It is walking distance from many food options. It is tastefully decorated with a patio, on which you can eat, have your coffee, or people-watch. The location is the benefit of this property. It was perfect for our stay in spring and was only an hour train ride to Barcelona. The train station is a short 10-minute walk. I'm sure that it is hotter in Sitges in summer, though the ocean breeze helps to keep it cooler than inland. There is an AC unit in the living area but not one in the bedroom, where there is a ceiling fan. There is a lively night scene in Sitges, That is one of the great things about it. The area can also be loud at night on the weekends. Overall, we had a great experience. We would definitely come again.

Thank you Rolf and Chee for sharing such an incredible home. Our group of 14 loved every minute. From the two pools, friendly animals, gorgeous 30 acres available to explore. Historical surrounds in the neighbours castle as the view from nearly every window. Just stunning. The cooking amenities were top notch we were able to prepare any meal. The briquette BBQ and propane BBQ were added bliss. Very friendly communication and always open to share a tidbit about any questions the group had. Thank you for everything!

This place was more than enough space for the two of us who stayed here. It was spacious & clean & had a lovely view of the street below & city. Carolina helped us check in & she was super friendly & helpful with recommendations & any questions we had! It was a quick walk to the beach, shopping mall, cinema, and lots of restaurants and patisseries. We loved this spot & would gladly stay here again next time we visit!

The place was very comfortable for me and my family. We had everything that we needed. The parking was a plus close to the beach. Our daughters were happy to walk by themselves to the shopping mall. Lots of little shops across the street and a great local bakery. As host they provided great suggestions for things to do where to eat.

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

Silvia is such a lovely person, the communication was perfect before, during, and after our stay. She has prepared our arrival with great care, and has been as flexible as she could to meet our agenda (thank you again for the special gift for my father's birthday!!). The house is well located, only a few meters from the train station linked with Barcelona (30 min trip from this station to Barcelona, only costing a few €). The beach is right behind, it was very much enjoyable during those hot days. The house is nicely equipped with everything you need for a short or a long stay. There are many parking options nearby for the vehicles as well. Some nice restaurants and bars are accessible in the town. In summary, we had a wonderful time in Vilassar thanks to Silvia and her nice house.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and cozy village, where you can find various shops and also a market. There are several cities such as Mataró and Barcelona that we have visited at a short distance. Upon arrival, a large fruit bowl was ready for us and the (fridge) cupboard was filled! The cottage is exactly big enough for 2 people. We made extensive use of the shared outdoor space with swimming pool, which were not used by Toni and Olga during our stay. Around the evening there are mosquitoes, so they have brought a lot of things for that, such as candles. It is wise to bring your own anti-mosquito spray if you want to sit outside in the evening. Toni and Olga are very hospitable, they responded quickly to questions or requests.

Beautiful home in a great location, perfectly situated between Barcelona and Girona. House complete with all amenities needed with a lovely seating area outside. Wonderful host waiting for us on arrival to show us the house and offer local knowledge and advice. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

For a relaxing trip with friends, this is an amazing place. You can spend the day relaxing on the beach and come back to enjoy in a bbq. The public transport is nearby and there are many shops around the house. Silvia was very welcoming and helpful, with quick responses and great energy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to relax and visit Barcelona throughout the day. Will definitely come back again.

Very nice accommodation, located in the basement of the owner's accommodation, it is very quiet and ideally located. 1 minute from a children's park (2 to 12 years old), 5 minutes from the supermarket and 8 minutes from the train on foot. Line R1 of the train takes 25 minutes to get to the "Catalunya" station, the central square of Barcelona. The owner Nancy is very responsive by message and is friendly. The check-in instructions are clear. There are also all the centers of interest in the PDF given. 3 90 cm beds for the little ones and a kiiiiiinnnnnggsize bed for the parents. Everything was perfect. Thanks.

This was my third time staying with Jordi and Manel. Their home is always such a great home base when my friends and I visit Barcelona. It's close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, and also a quick walk to the beach! On top of that, the place itself has everything you need and Jordi / Manel are ready to help anyway they can.

We loved staying here! Excellent location! We could look out and see so much. Loads of places to eat right nearby. The place was clean, stocked, and exactly what we were expecting. Would absolutely recommend.

We stayed here as a family—my wife, our 2-year-old child, and I—and everything was just perfect. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and more. It was thoughtfully equipped for all types of guests, including families with children. We especially appreciated the presence of toys, which made our little one feel right at home. Alex was a fantastic host, and was always available to contact with any questions we had during our stay, which was incredibly helpful! The property is lovely and clean, with a great view of the ocean via the balcony. I loved the local town which has some great dinner spots, and also the beach is amazing with lots of activities and bars. Overall a great experience for me and my friends, thanks Alex!

Very good experience, Mariona was very nice and welcoming host, we were later than expected, and she was touched and apologetic in order to wait for us to stay in for our missed and family's weekend dinner.It's a good value house in Barcelona, close to the beach and peaceful.Downtown is easily accessible by bus and subway.If there is a chance I would like to visit Marinoa

Great apartment and location! Right near the Metro station to easily get around. Host was great at communicating and helpful. He met us at the apartment and was flexible, letting us check in early which was helpful after arriving by train from Madrid. The views were great and the apartment had air conditioning!

Amazing place to stay at. Was close to everything within the city of Barcelona. Beach was right down the street. Food and shops were beyond expectations and core memories were created. Mo was always responsive and helpful in every way possible. Couldn’t say enough how amazing it was to stay here and the experiences were beyond words.
