Dave and Monica are superb hosts, with a beautiful and immaculate villa that has all you could possibly need. Monica’s communications were excellent and she was extremely helpful in providing any information we needed and even went to the supermarket for us as we were arriving late. We had a late arrival due to passport control and hire car collection, however, we all kept in contact and they were there late to show us around the villa. We had an excellent time so thank you both.

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We loved the neighbourhood of the duplex – tasty bakeries, cafés, eateries, and groceries are round the corner and Sant Boi train station only a few minutes away by walk, yet it’s nice & quiet inside. We went to the major tourist attractions downtown by public transportation (~half an hour one way) and to the airport directly by bus L77 (~20 min). Spacious, cozy, accessible and with the basic amenities we needed, this duplex was perfect for our group of six. Raquel was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Will book it again if we come back to visit Barcelona.

What a wonderful place to stay in BCN! The place is just as described, very spacious and squeaky clean. And real AC units in each room, which are such a relief in the summer. The markets right downstairs are super convenient for picking up whatever you need, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Bus is right on front, and the metro stop is a 5 minute walk. Beach is right next door. Very easy to get anywhere. Francisco (Paco) is the most delightful host! He met us at the apartment and even had the AC on already so it was cool when we arrived. He showed us everything and even sang us a song. He was always helpful and so enthusiastic about welcoming us! I would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Laia’s apartment for a few days and felt right at home. Instructions were clear, check in was easy, and the apartment was spotless. Great host, and we would definitely book again!

Highly recommend the place! Great location, walkable distance from city center. Amazing house with terraces and fully equipped kitchen. Very easy to access and could leave luggage before and after checking in and out, which was very helpful. Thank you!

Kim was extremely helpful. The apartment is only 8 minutes from the beach by car and super accessible. The apartment has everything you want for a vacation. It was like coming home after a somewhat exhausting day in the city of Barcelona. The pool is heated, so you can also enjoy the pool late in the evening. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

As a family with kids on our first trip to Barcelona, we had a long list of things we had planned doing.. That had to change, the kids loved the pool so much and we loved everything else in the house and surrounding area. Just perfect for families.

It was a lovely stay in Pep’s apartment. I really enjoyed the precise instruction by Alfonso! The apartment is very close to Sagrada de Familia and other restaurants and cafes. I’ll recommend to stay there

Really nice apartment and a communicative owner - apartment is located a few minutes from Sants train station, two metro lines and a big chain store in walking distance which saved us a lot of time. Bathroom was clean as well as kitchen and everything else… my only problem was that there could perhaps be a few more plates and cutlery, but it was alright :)

I had a wonderful stay in Eva's apartment! The accommodation is in a quiet location, yet you are in the middle of the action in a few minutes – and Barcelona is also only about 30 minutes away. The apartment was just as beautiful as in the pictures – very clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need (including air conditioning, towels, hair dryer, iron and a well-equipped kitchen). The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable – ideal, as my mobile internet was a bit weaker there. A real highlight was the beautiful garden with pool – a small green oasis! I was there with my dog and the completely fenced property was just perfect for a relaxing, safe stay. Eva was super friendly, helpful and always quickly reachable – you immediately felt welcome. I can really recommend the accommodation from the heart and would come back anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria/Paula’s house. It was located in very friendly area with restaurants and transportation near by, it was very easy to walk to grocery stores and cafes near by and had a great time in Barcelona!

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

Marc and the entire stay were excellent. He's super quick to respond to a few of our questions and was around every day to ensure the pool was clean. The house immaculate and real charming. Huge kitchen to for all 6 of us to sit around and have more than enough space left over though we tried to eat as many meals outside as we could! Great value for Spain and being relatively close to Barcelona. Marc helped us with train info as its not easily (for me at least) to find on the internet. There are several places to grocery shop within a 10 minute drive. Our dog loved walking the back trails and had plenty of space to chase his ball and find shade by the pool to cool off. Would def book again and have another family of friends rent the top part for a great time!

amazing sea view, the garden is beautiful and very well maintained with barbecue and terrace. it should be noted that the site is ideal if you have a car. otherwise it is 30min walk to go to the beach (significant drop). very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Nicky is a fantastic host, so warm, open and friendly, and 100% focused on making our stay wonderful! We very much enjoyed the quiet idyllic location, the small gravel garden with loungers and dining area, the pool and the lovingly and artistically designed surroundings. Nicky also gave us tips for the area. Both the sea and the surrounding nature parks are super easy to reach, the small towns offer plenty of nice restaurants. The encounters with Nicky were always wonderful - we are very grateful for the great time with her!

We had a great weekend at Mercedes. Mercedes is a very pleasant person, smiling, always available to discuss and help. More than a host, it's like she's family. she gives good advice on visits and other things. Its housing is very well equipped, very functional and the pool a big plus after days of sightseeing in the heat! Barcelona is 30 mins by train and it takes 20 mins walk to reach the train station. There are buses to pass 50 m from his house but not often, especially on weekends. We ate at 1 great restaurant, La Ponderosa, 10 mins' walk away, where the paella and tapas are excellent and cheap! To summarize, I highly recommend Mercedes' accommodation, which is quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, for relaxing evenings and restful nights. Would definitely recommend. Wife and I stayed with our 2 year old son, and they had a booster seat and pack n play all setup up on our arrival. Location is close to the beach, and walkable to most attractions. Host is responsive and provided recommendations for our stay.
