The villa is located in Santa Cruz de Cabralia, about 25 km from Porto Seguro, in a residential area called "Chàcaras Panoramicas". The house (about 300 square meters) consists of a large entrance, living room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms with private bathroom (one of them includes a hot tub) and terrace with a view. The surrounding 2000-square-meter garden includes another smaller house for the caretaker, private parking, numerous fruit trees, a swimming pool (18 meters) with an ocean view.
