Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Santa Cruz County

Enjoyed making this our base for running around with our grandkids. It was peaceful and quiet. Far superior to renting a couple of hotel rooms. We could relax and breath in the view.

We really enjoyed our time at Rezan's place! It allowed us to experience peaceful holidays in a stunning environment rich in nature. Rezan and her sister, Nazan, were really friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed support. This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

We had an amazing stay at Lisa's place. It is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown, beaches and hiking. They have done a beautiful job with the space. It feels like a boutique hotel. They have thought of everything! There were snacks, wine, coffee, travel size toiletries and even fresh flowers! Lisa is a generous and welcoming host and we would stay at their retreat again in a heartbeat.

Had a beautiful stay here. Home is beautiful looks just like pictures . Has everything you need !! Great kitchen beds are comfortable. Linens are great.!! I would just say the driveway is very steep if you drive a low profile car like I do I couldn’t go up the driveway but there’s plenty of parking down below. My son does have mobility issues, but he was able to manage. Thank you again for everything. 😊😊

Perfect spot for our family during UCSC graduate weekend. Just two blocks to the beautiful coastal pedestrian path made for lovely morning and evening strolls. Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and enjoy meals together. Hot tub was clean and hot and the patio is private. Host was responsive and kind. Would do it again!

Beautiful resort and a fabulous room! It was very spacious and well stocked. A little pricey....but that's the economy - would absolutely book again in the future if possible

We loved our weekend at Jamie's amazing apartment in Capitola! It was so easy to walk to the beach and we loved hanging out in the beautiful backyard with our little one. Perfect spot for our little family's getaway to the beach!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

We were here to celebrate my birthday with family over the weekend! The place was just comfy for two couples + kid. Walkable to the beach. We utilized the pool onsite and restaurants. Everything in the Airbnb was as described and clean. It can get warm at night so we opened the windows and patio doors to let the cool air in while sleeping which helped a lot to cool down the place. Would definitely recommend for families with kids.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Great location at the edge of the resort, so it feels quiet and private and yet has all the usual Seascape amenities. It’s also right on the path that leads down to the beach. Everything feels new and sparkling clean. The unit is larger than the typical Seascape 2 bedroom, with an extra dining room space.

Great location, apartment, and easy check in and out. Would 100% stay again! Very cute places to eat / shop / beach close by!

Daniel’s place is in the best location, walking distance to town, which made everything super convenient. We stayed a couple nights for an event we had in the area, so we didn’t get to utilize the space that much. But I will say that the beds were the comfiest we’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb! We’ll be coming back just for the beds!

Very nice place, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very nice, quick to respond and took care of everything we needed. Very beautiful area surrounded by redwoods and very private. Would definitely stay again.

This is a charming cottage in a beautiful location. You can go back and forth to Santa Cruz (30-35 minutes) but we also enjoyed Boulder Creek and Ben Lomond. Tao’s Edo Sushi right in Boulder Creek was a great discovery. Cottage is just as pictured and everything was clean and comfortable.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences! The place was just like the pictures, private without feeling too isolated, and spotless. Shannon was an excellent host, very communicative and responsive, and even came to help us within 20 minutes when we managed to lock ourselves out. I also appreciated that there were no excessive cleaning requirements or checkout procedures, and everything came with clear instructions. I was told that a vehicle with a higher clearance would be good to have to get into the driveway, and I’d agree with this, but her instructions for getting to and from the place were really clear and easy to follow so no issues there. I’d definitely recommend this place for a nice peaceful getaway!

Jon and Amanda were amazing host and super friendly. They responded really quick and were very helpful from the time we arrived until we left. Loved the scenery from the windows, the view from the patio, the lights at night look amazing, the fire place felt really cozy. Would definitely want to get that experience again at the Fuselage!

As our first stay ever in an airbnb, this was the best place for a get away ❤️ Surrounded by nature in a beautiful home. All as pictured and described. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

This was the perfect rustic getaway. Our cabin was right by the water and you could hear the river so clearly. The perfect place if you want a peaceful stay in nature. The cabin had everything you’d need to have a comfortable stay and Masood was a very attentive host. Great coffee shops and basic necessities nearby. We definitely hope to come back again in the future.
