Condo holiday rentals in Santa Cruz Department

Such a great apartment in a lovely area. We did have problems with checking in and had to wait an hour because the apartment personnel didn’t have the correct instructions.

We were very pleased with how spacious the apartment was and the balcony especially. The host was very kind and allowed us to enter 2 hrs earlier and leave 1 hr later which we really appreciated. The building staff were very friendly as well.

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful, patient, and accommodating of various changes I had to make to the reservation because of a family emergency. Highly recommend.

Mariela was extremely friendly and always responded very quickly and reliably to concerns. In addition, she was flexible in terms of the length of stay and always helpful and courteous. I highly recommend her place! It really has everything you need. Warm water and a working stove as well as an intact air conditioning system. Check-in is simple and straightforward.

The host was predisposed to any questions or issues, the communication was fluid, and the instructions were clear. The place is the same as the photographs, it was clean and had all kinds of facilities (plates, taxes, utensils, broom)

We have enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz very much and this comfortable and cozy accommodation has contributed to it, in which we have felt very comfortable. It is as shown in the photographs and has everything you need, including a swimming pool and social area with free access, all very clean. There is 24-hour security service and it is located in the best sector of the city, with everything very close at hand. More affordable than similar accommodations in the same area. Veronica, our host, was very kind and responded promptly to all our questions.

Very good option for 1 person or a couple. The bathroom is small (particularly the sink, due to its size and location, is somewhat uncomfortable to use) but nothing that prevents you from enjoying an excellent experience. The building's amenities on the 8th floor are outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice and comfortable stay. Beds were amazing. The apartment is fully equipped and it’s very homey. There’s a balcony, which we didn’t realize was there until we got to the place. It was a nice surprise and a good place to have our dinner.
