I highly recommend staying at Fernanda's house, comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days and Fernanda is a great host, always available whenever we needed her. The place is also very nice and quiet. And for those who go to enjoy ENART, as was our case, it's a great option.

The space served us perfectly, easy to find and access. Environment with large pieces, smelling blankets, good bath towels, excellent shower. As a suggestion, I would like to leave a card with the wi fi password and instructions for the checkout. But anyway…little suggestions instead of complaints. The host was very helpful, polite, and catered to everything we requested. We like it very much and recommend both the home and the host. Gratitude for guiding us and participating in our experience in Santa Cruz. It was essential to have a comfortable place with privacy after day of training.

I rented the house to my parents and the experience was simply wonderful. Since the first contact, the host was extremely attentive and welcoming. Upon arrival, my parents found an environment prepared with great affection and care. Every detail showed dedication, from the impeccable cleanliness to the cozy decor that made them feel at home. They were especially delighted with the treats left to welcome them: chocolates and a prepared chimarrão, with chimarrão and a ready-made thermal... A gesture that warmed the heart and showed how much the hostess really cares about the well-being of the guests. We are grateful for all the attention and care. Undoubtedly, one of the best experiences we've ever had with Airbnb. Highly recommended!

The highlight was undoubtedly the beautiful patio and pool, which provide relaxing moments in the sun. The view of the surrounding greenery is simply wonderful, creating an idyllic setting that inspires tranquility. The privacy of the place is another highlight, allowing you to enjoy special moments without interruptions. Suzani is an excellent host, with quick answers and help. Whenever we needed something she was there to respond proactively, we will definitely be back.

Super clean environment, organized and as described in the listing! Check in very easy to do and super practical! We do not enjoy the house very much, as we stayed only one day to go to the Oktoberfest, but we intend to go back to enjoy the pool.

Apartment with morning sun, well lit and clean. Good bed and bath linens. In the kitchen I missed having a blender☺️ Condominium surrounded by greenery and quiet. Pet-friendly supermarket very close. Santa Cruz do Sul is a charming city. We'll be back for sure✔️
