Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Cruz Xoxocotlán

The house is a good size, so the five of us who stayed there felt very comfortable. It is located in a quiet place, without noise, perfect for resting. The hosts were attentive from the time of booking until we finished our stay.

Ximena's place felt like staying at a friend's beloved home.There's a relaxed, comfy vibe, as shown in the photos, but actually being there, is hard to find words for. It's just very special. Both my friend and I cherished our time there. Some words of advice, pack in your favorite foods, coffee, granola, there's only a small bodega down the road, and frankly once you've landed, you won't wanna leave. The first night Jhonny gave us the name of a wonderful local woman who on relatively short notice prepared us a lovely, healthy meal. Or, venture out to the small restaurant in the village. We ate delicious quesadillas made with fresh tortillas. On hikes, we were told to carry a stick to deter dogs. We never used them but good advice for anyone walking on country roads in Mexico. The dogs we saw were sun sleeping in the middle of the roads. Like I said, it's a good relaxing spot. We loved using the washing machine and hanging our clothes out to dry. We got emotional leaving.

A stunning place to stay and bringing new guests is always an experience to see how they react -- always in awe!

What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

We had such a wonderful stay in Oaxaca. Alejandro, who lives next door, was an incredible resource and such a kind and thoughtful host. He really made us feel very well taken care of. For example, he arranged for taxis to take us to Monte Alban and to the airport. He made sure we were always well stocked with drinking water and that the house was regularly cleaned. The location of this Airbnb is incredible - walking distance to everything. The house is thoughtfully appointed, well designed and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay again.

The stay was very pleasant, Julio was always attentive to my messages, he gave me clear instructions for the arrival and departure.

Dr. Alejandro was very responsive. Chayo was delightful! She greeted us upon arriving to gave us the breakdown & gave us some local recommendations. The apartment is super walkable to anywhere. The only thing i didnt like (which is out of their control) is that the street itself doesnt have that much lights at night. It was super clean & the ac was perfect. Even got too cold at night. Hot water 24/7. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My family and I were delighted with how convenient and wonderful the department was. It was great for my party of five and allowed us to wander around the city without worrying about the time. Everything is within walking distance! I can confidently say that my stay here was better than it has been at any hotel. I would book this again!

Daniel is a great host! The place is super convenient and comfortable. Far enough away from all the downtown action for peace and quiet and a 10 minute walk to be in the middle of it all. Highly recommend. Will stay with Daniel again if we are ever back in Oaxaca!

Excellent accommodation, everything was very close by walking

Jaime's place was just what we were looking for - quiet and big with a location that cannot be beat. It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do in the Center. Kristel let us in and provided us with recommendations. When we had a bit of a situation while checking out, she rushed over right away to get it resolved. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If you don't mind stairs, this is a very good choice.

The location cannot be beat. It is centrally located and everything is close. Paulina was very responsive and helpful with all her recommendations of where to eat or go and also recommends a travel company for tours. The house is comfortable, safe and easy to locate. We did stay with our dog and our dog felt comfortable also. The a/c worked great to keep the bedroom cool to sleep. I would recommend this location and the host. If we get back to Oaxaca we will stay at Paulinas.

Teresa’s casita was a perfect place to unwind and discover Oaxaca! It was conveniently located close to great neighborhoods, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and local happenings. Teresa was a wonderful host - she was responsive and gracious and checked in during our stay. The casita was sweet, and well appointed, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. Loved staying here. Felt private, yet close to the main hub of centro. Great WiFi, weekly cleaning service (I stayed for one month), and a very responsive host. I had a very nice stay here. 🙂

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Zanduga was amazing. Abdiel was very responsive and was quick to help with whatever we needed. the communal areas were great for sitting around and playing cards and the pool was a nice extra to end the day after walking all around the city. The leave apartment is cozy and great for couples or family families . would recommend to anyone
