Holiday houses in Santa Eulália

Very pleasant space for a family or friends to have a good time, especially with the heat, the AC was a great amenity that we have in the whole house. We recommend staying.

We had a wonderful stay. Super beautiful house, with preservation of authentic elements and a well-maintained swimming pool. Also accessible for people with disabilities. We felt right at home. We were very happy to have fresh bread delivered to our door every day. A very charming village from which you can make various excursions. Totally worth it!

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

We had a great stay! The house was super clean and well taken care of. The area is very calm, ideal for resting. We didn't have any problems during the stay. I totally recommend it and would definitely come back.

Val matches the description: old house restored with great taste, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful landscape. The vegetation around the house is very well maintained, and the pool is great. The only nuance is impossible to be controlled by the owner in a rural environment: the ants!

We loved our stay in the Fontanheira houses, without a doubt I give 5 stars. The house has all the conditions for a couple with 2 children, very spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. My daughters say it was the coolest house where they stayed, they loved it! But note to those who have smaller children, that access to the mezzanine can be a bit dangerous, because the stairs do not have lateral protection, which for us was not a problem, as my daughters are already older. We stayed in the house farthest from the pool, which has a stunning view to the mountain (I don't know if the side house will also have). Great house to disconnect from everyday stress and recharge batteries in the middle of nature.

We had a wonderful time at Catarina’s place. The cottage was peaceful and quiet and had all things necessary for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, which we appreciated so much as we enjoyed cooking our meals. The pool was our favourite spot during the day and the huge estate allowed for gorgeous evening walks. We loved having the dogs around and getting some cuddles in. :) We would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a tranquil vacation, and we are hoping to return ourselves as well!

From the first message, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Warm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind, Mariana made us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than travelers passing through. Their recommendations, attentiveness, and generosity added so much to the experience. If you’re looking for a special escape, this is it. A place to breathe, to slow down, and to feel truly taken care of. I’ll carry the peace I found here with me for a long time.
