Renee always responded very quickly and was super helpful. The living room area is quite small, but perfectly adequate. The kitchen is pretty good, although there's not much room to store food or do preparation. It worked out fine, I did some very basic cooking and had no real problems.

The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t perfect for me was the bed. It’s very hard. I would have preferred a somewhat more comfortable mattress. Thanks, Serafin!

MARIA WAS ALWAYS ON THE SLOPE AND IN COMMUNICATION WITH ME, WE NEEDED A PLACE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND HER HOUSE WE STAYED VERY WELL LOCATED, SHE NEVER STOPPED RESPONDING, EVERYTHING ELSE, I ALWAYS TOOK THE INITIATIVE AND WAS PENDING, THE DEPARTMENT IS SUPER COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN AND IS IN AN AREA WHERE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING CLOSE, WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SPACE. VERY NICE.

Nayeliee, is a spectacular host and her place was perfect us. Hard to beat the location and proximity to all the relevant local restaurants and sites. The apt was spacious and comfortable giving us all the features we needed in order to have a great time in the downtown area. Wifi was reliable, bathrooms and kitchen were well provisioned. We will rebook with Nayeliee for our next visit.

Rafael’s place was lovely—spacious and just as pictured. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but we didn’t mind the distance. We used the Didi app for transportation, which was both affordable and convenient. Rene was very responsive to our questions, and though there was a brief issue with the water supply, it was promptly addressed. Overall, we had a great experience.

Always grateful for your stay, always kind and cordial. The apartment is clean and comfortable. When we return to a city as beautiful as Oaxaca, it is our first choice.

Loved staying here. Felt private, yet close to the main hub of centro. Great WiFi, weekly cleaning service (I stayed for one month), and a very responsive host. I had a very nice stay here. 🙂

Miss Mariana was very kind at all times and was always aware of any situation that might arise. The apartment is comfortable, cool and very quiet; no noise is heard, which allows you to rest perfectly. We only use it for sleeping, and it did very well with that purpose. It is located a few blocks from downtown, which makes it very easy to access. The only thing to note is that on the corner there is a bus station, so caution should be exercised when walking around that area due to transportation transit. It's definitely a place I recommend. We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

A great place to enjoy your vacation with your friends or partner, with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable, safe and quiet time. It is located just a few blocks from the center of the capital and with many options nearby for eating and having fun. Communication is excellent always attentive to your needs and with excellent recommendations. As an extra it has internal parking space for ease and safety. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Zócalo, downtown, and all the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and very private, making it ideal for getting work done or simply relaxing. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommended for digital nomads or anyone looking for a quiet, centrally located sanctuary in the heart of the city. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It is a very nice apartment with everything you need to spend comfortably with the family. Xoxocotlán is a very picturesque village and very close to the center of Oaxaca (10 minutes).

Wonderful place to stay, felt very safe and welcoming. We travelled with our infant and would definitely stay here again!
