Excellent house to spend a few days with friends. The house is fully equipped for the number of people staying. The pool is small but sufficient to cool off and socialize around it. The house is very comfortable.

Our host was very flexible during check in and the amenities were ideal for our family vacation where we had a rental car, and a couple of homemade breakfasts days. The home is very welcoming as well and has a big table that fit the six of us.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Nova. The place is gorgeous. I really appreciated the daily cleaning service. We ran into the cleaner a few times and she was so nice and pleasant. The whole house and outdoors were impeccably clean. the house is on a busy road but the front wall and the positioning of the bedrooms at the back of the house made it so you couldn't hear it at night. I would stay here again.

Beautiful big house! Loved that each room had its own bathroom which was super accommodating to our family of 9. Full kitchen amenities, loved the roof top with the small pool even though we never got it to heat, but the climate was hot enough to enjoy it anyways. The restaurant across the street is a super recommendation! Would definitely stay again.

An accommodation that is worth what you pay. Although the area is not very close to the center, it offers speed on the main avenues. It's not difficult to get there and the house is in a safe area. It has extra amenities that sometimes make you want to stay in the house, excellent accommodation.

Great stay. Responsive and proactive hosts who helped us with recommendations, taxi, and has some essentials in the kitchen/fridge when we arrived. Place was clean and private. Well located for walking in the historic center. If there was a down side it was the road noise in some of the bedrooms…. But that is to be expected since you are in the in the middle of the action pretty much. The courtyard pool area was peaceful for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

This home was lovely! We had four adults (one married couple and two others), and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own distinct spaces. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever had while traveling, as were the pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about every utensil you could need or want, and while we spent most of our meals out, you could easily and comfortably cook for your entire stay. The bathrooms were well stocked with luxury shampoo/conditioner/lotion, and the fridge was stocked with breakfast items upon arrival. Olivia was a lovely host, and was incredibly helpful and responsive at all times. She really made us feel welcome, and answered questions almost at any time of the day or night (including fixing a water problem at 2am). We will definitely look to book here again on our next trip to Oaxaca!

the place is quiet and really comfortable 20 min from the center of Oaxaca, it is only 100 meters of terracería before arriving but a sedan passes smoothly the house is very large and private pool.

Jorge was attentive to my arrival by message and gave me very clear instructions to get well. Already in the house his brother Fernando was the one who attended us, super friendly, attentive and very attentive to the messages I came to send him. He also gave us recommendations for where to eat and how to diffrute our stay. What was fantastic is that the photos corresponded to the house, everything was very well cared for, and also every room had a Smart TV, ceiling fan and foot cooler, so in the house we don't suffer from heat. I highly recommend staying at Casa Roche.

Very spacious, CLEAN, 4 very comfortable rooms, large beds, inside a residential area with security, space for a car. Easy check in and check out. Everything great, highly recommended!

Communication with the host was always very good, she was attentive and there was a quick response with solutions. The house is large, it has everything you need to feel at home, very comfortable and very clean, it is suitable for babies too, I will definitely rent this space again.

A great place to stay, close to the Airport. My dog and I arrived shortly after sundown and enjoyed a clean, safe and peaceful spot to rest and cleanup prior to our trip to the beach the next day. I’d stay here again. I enjoyed the internet, and coffee in the morning and how clean everything was. Our host was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

I will tell you that the house is the synonym of peace and tranquility, the view of lights on the hill at dusk is beautiful, the jacuzzi loved it. The owner is an attentive being, with a spirit of service 24/7, he thought of everything, so that my Pet, friend and I were comfortable and achieved our goals in the city. Adán is friendly and accessible, my most sincere thanks.

Visiting Oaxaca in April was a joyful, unique, and heartwarming experience. We were truly impressed by the city's charm and warm atmosphere, and especially by Rocio’s friendly and kind attitude. The home was clean and beautifully decorated with a colorful, local theme that added to the authentic experience. Rocio went above and beyond to help us—she arranged taxis for us (which was nearly impossible through Uber) and even generously provided fresh fruits at no cost. Her hospitality made our stay even more memorable!

Ximena's place felt like staying at a friend's beloved home.There's a relaxed, comfy vibe, as shown in the photos, but actually being there, is hard to find words for. It's just very special. Both my friend and I cherished our time there. Some words of advice, pack in your favorite foods, coffee, granola, there's only a small bodega down the road, and frankly once you've landed, you won't wanna leave. The first night Jhonny gave us the name of a wonderful local woman who on relatively short notice prepared us a lovely, healthy meal. Or, venture out to the small restaurant in the village. We ate delicious quesadillas made with fresh tortillas. On hikes, we were told to carry a stick to deter dogs. We never used them but good advice for anyone walking on country roads in Mexico. The dogs we saw were sun sleeping in the middle of the roads. Like I said, it's a good relaxing spot. We loved using the washing machine and hanging our clothes out to dry. We got emotional leaving.

This place was truly so stunning and Sara could not have been a more gracious host. I unfortunately got very sick during our stay but was still so grateful to be in such a beautiful place for it. The hot tub was wonderful with a view that made you feel like you were fully in nature. They even brought in an electric kettle so I could make tea and gave us their personal doctor information so I could get seen. I would keep in mind it isn’t entirely private there’s places right next door and you can kinda see in when it’s day time and blinds are open. Some drapes and extra hooks in shower would be nice but otherwise it’s so worth it for a short trip since it’s a little pricy. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a great time staying at Andrea’s place! It was in a really great location and in a cool neighbourhood. Andrea was really helpful in providing recommendations and was proactive in her communication. We enjoyed our stay!

I had a cosy and relaxed stay at Anahi's place. There's a great terrace to watch the sunset and it's within walking distance of the center of town. The space itself was perfectly comfortable and I was able to work from there in the mornings. Anahi was responsive right away every time, so we worked out dropping my bags there early at checkin and we managed a late checkout. Go and have a comfortable time at Anahi's!

Rebeca is an amazing host, she is quick to respond to any issues and requests and was happy to arrange transportation upon vacating for us! The home is sited back off the street with an exclusive use patio. The location is excellent as it is sited a block away from the Mercado with several restaurants and shops close by with the City center about a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also several gyms within walking distance from the home. We especially liked the window screens to keep mosquitos at bay, the washer/dryer, cleaning services and Air Conditioning at night in the bedroom! This is a very nice home in a great location with an amazing host! We feel the home provides good value for what it has to offer and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful City of Oaxaca.

This was likely the most unique Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It’s not for everyone, but if you enjoy historical architecture in a great location, consider staying here. Its funkiness is part of its charm and you’ll be in a central location just a short walk to coffee shops, bars and restaurants (try the Chato sandwich at Gato Chato right across the street. Delicious!). We had another couple stay with us part of our time and we made it work fine. We’re probably more of the camping types than the Four Seasons. Yes, there is some noise during the day like church bells, dogs and construction, but at night it was totally quiet. Bring ear plugs and an eye mask and put them on as the sun comes up. The kitchen was limiting, so we didn’t cook much. The internet could be a little spotty at times, as well. In time, the memory of the minor discomforts will fade and the architecture/ambiance, the views of the mountains and the location will all be great memories of our time in Oaxaca. Enjoy!
