Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Lucía Hill

The apartment was great. Very close to the metro and markets. Walkable to many restaurants and bars.

I gave 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give 10. From the closing of the reservation to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, she is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend to everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches, to book without fear. José Luis was a very good host. Communication was very good, with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The modern and safe building, with a 24-hour concierge, very attentive to who always came in and out. I had a lift and water machine on the first floor and many small shops leaving the building. The closest metro station was about a 5 minute walk away and had many places to visit in its surroundings. The apartment was very clean, with everything you need for our stay. In the bathroom they had towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. In the bedroom they had extra blankets, the kitchen had everything you need to cook and eat and an electric jug to heat the water, the room had a smart TV and a balcony next door. The wifi worked perfect and you are also given a card to enter and exit the building with ease. Very nice experience, had everything we expected. Thank you very much!

My stay was great. The place is very cozy and the design of the apartaestudio loved it: everything is super well planned, with a lot of attention to detail. I deeply appreciate that they will leave coffee, stevia, oil, tea, and other implements that really facilitated my stay. A gesture that seemed very special to me was that they even left water to spray the plants, which I did with pleasure. As for minor details, the alarm would occasionally turn on and the washing machine presented some faults, but nothing that would tarnish the experience. Everything else was perfect. I am very grateful to the hosts, who were a critical part of making my trip exceptional and unforgettable. In addition, the location of the place is excellent. I would definitely be back!

Flawless stay! The location is phenomenal and precisely as advertised. It's wonderfully quiet, yet just a short walk to excellent coffee shops. The place was pristine, and the stunning mountain views from the rooftop were unforgettable – perfect for an evening drink. With top-notch amenities and secure parking, it's incredible value. I came one day for work training, looking for I found that the Depto was steps away from the place and it is not said how nice of the photographs that fully coincide, I must say that every detail in terms of decoration and comforts I loved, the bed (Wonderful) will definitely come back for longer, to enjoy many places that I observed during my stay as the location is super privileged.

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

The house is as shown in the images...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, an air-conditioned environment, and impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful and solicitous host! The neighborhood is great and safe, and it's next to the subway station, which makes it easy to get around at low cost. Anyway, everything was wonderful!!

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
