Julio was an excellent host and the property had a quaint, local flavour. I mistook the address and didn’t realize 40 “A” was the right door. We loved watching fireworks over the Antigua from the hot tub on the roof. It was a bit noisy at night but we found that using the fan in the room did the trick. Would stay here again!

We visited this weekend as a family in this beautiful, cozy and charming house, it exceeded our expectations, everything was very nice, well informed and everything well explained, we appreciate the opportunity to meet her. We would definitely stay with it again.

Excellent place, super comfortable, it is very close to shopping centers and the center of Antigua Guatemala.

The location was very peaceful, but very close walking to amazing restaurants, coffee shops and just a couple of blocks to the hub of Antigua. The roof deck had incredible views of the volcanoes.

Our stay at Casa La Bendición was absolutely unforgettable! The house is breathtaking—so much more beautiful and spacious than the photos can capture. Every corner is filled with charm, elegance, and thoughtful details. We especially loved the pool table and the cozy movie theater room—such fun touches that made our time there extra special. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet just a short walk to the heart of Antigua. One helpful tip: we recommend using Waze to get there, as Google Maps led us through some wrong turns and even against traffic, which caused some issues with local drivers. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. Timo was a wonderful host, and we’re so grateful for the experience. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Antigua!

This place was even better than described! The location is close to everything yet still private and the home itself is stunning. The beds were comfortable, its clean and just absolutely beautiful. The private pool was so nice and he even gives pool towels. When I make it back to Antigua I absolutely want to stay here again!

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment was bigger than expected. The only issue is the noise, you can hear from other apartments or outside. But its totally worth it, it was great!

Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and services. Easy 10 minute walk to Oakland place mall (i believe newly renovated). A great way to spend a few hours exploring, shopping and eating. A great base in Zone 10, which I found was fairly safe as a female solo traveller.

small cabin fully equipped and large patio with very nice garden. all maintenance and cleaning done in all areas, inside and outside. the rooms, fire pit area, garden, barbecue, etc.

It's a beautiful cabin, everything is as it looks in the photos, Anita is super attentive and is aware of everything, the perfect place to get out of the routine, definitely the garden is wonderful for those of us who travel with our pets, we will definitely visit them again!

The place is very nice, with everything you need for a good stay. Invites you to do activities outside and inside the cabin. The communication was excellent, clear instructions, help and kindness. We wish we could stay longer. 5 stars!

Everything was as indicated in the description and images. It is a homey, clean and perfect place to relax in a private and complete environment with all the comforts that one can need for a good rest. The location was perfect, very central and a few minutes from the center of Antigua, as well as having a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants around it. And above all, in a beautiful and quiet condominium that allowed us to enjoy it with our pet. Finally, the hosts were always very attentive and cordial, from the beginning helping us with a flexible check-in and providing excellent directions to get to the place, as well as to solve some small problems with the jacuzzi, but nothing that would ruin this great stay. And we can't stop thanking them for the delicious coffee to grind as a courtesy, it was definitely a plus!

We went with my family and we loved the place, 10/10 cleanliness, a beautiful view, there were free areas to play, to rest, they welcomed us very kindly, it had everything you need to cook, there is a barbecue and a campfire area which we enjoyed a lot telling stories and eating angelitos, a very nice experience, we will definitely return.
