Leider befindet sich seitlich der Unterkunft eine akuelle Baustelle . Kostenfreies Wifi verfügbar. Das Wohngebäude liegt in einer sicheren Wohngegen. Ein Auto brauch man nicht um hier zu leben. Der Strand ist 50 Meter, die nächste Bar/Restaurant 80 Meter, 200 Meter Scooter- und Fahrradverleih, Minimarket 20 Meter, der Zentrum 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt.
