The apartment is beautiful, new, we feel at home. Wonderful view and great location. The host is always very attentive and helpful. We recommend the rental and for sure and hope to return soon.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The building is under renovation and we had an unforeseen moment at the entrance, but Marcelo was 100% available to support us at the time and during the stay. The environment was impeccable in relation to cleaning as well. Great option in Vitoria.

The apartment is really nice!! Large and comfortable bed. Very spacious bathroom and living room. Extremely well decorated and with everything needed for an available stay. The location next to the best pizzeria and the best brewery in the region is very good, as you can walk both. Lorian welcomed us very well too. I highly recommend!!

We mainly love the location, would definitely return. The very pleasant apto. It looks like the view brings peace into the house . Sugeri changing the fan of the room with a broken foot. Some domestic utensils are needing to renovate, they are spent. Beds are normal size, and the air conditioners worked very well, one of the bathrooms was very small .

We stayed 6 days and loved very much. We went with a 1-year-old boy and we enjoyed a lot of the pool and the toy library that are excellent. The location is also very good. I loved everything. The apartment is great, close to the beach, downtown and in front of the mall, literally just across the street. Wilmar was extremely helpful and attentive, he exchanged Wpp with me several times to answer questions.

Edilene and Prissimo are super polite, easy to deal with, super attentive. As for the space without comment, super comfortable, clean, equipped suite, with a beautiful view of the Park. I highly recommend you, you won't regret it.

Location is great as well as the apartment itself. The Itaparica beach, in turn, is excellent, having great kiosks (I recommend Marimar) and privileged location, being 20 minutes from the shopping center of Vitória. For those who are in doubt, the apartment is on the beach block, less than 5 minutes from the sand. We had a small mishap with hydro, but Daniel was very requested when looking for a solution to the unforeseen event. In addition to this, the host has indicated great places to go. I recommend your stay at the property!!
