I spent almost 3 months on site and it was an excellent experience. The apartment is super well located, close to everything I needed on a daily basis. I felt at home from day one – the atmosphere is cozy, quiet and very well equipped. The host was always very proactive in communication, which made all the difference during the stay. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

Jaqueline is attentive and the apartment is exactly as portrayed in the photos. Excellent location, you can walk all over the center on foot. All clean and comfortable.

Location identical to the photos and well located, the airbnb has many things for everyday use and you feel like you are at home. The host is very welcoming and attentive, always responding to everything very quickly. I recommend it!

Priscila was attentive and gave all the necessary information. She treated us to a treat on arrival! Our accommodation was great! We were very well located to participate in the training near Av. Vitória. The apartment is excellent, comfortable, pleasant, with everything in perfect condition and very well equipped with kitchen utensils. There is no garage, but we had no problems parking on the street in front of the building. As stated in the listing, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator, but it was not a problem for us. I highly recommend it!

It has a great location, with a bakery, market, and pharmacy nearby. The mall is also close, I was able to walk. The apartment exceeded the photos! I would definitely come back.

From the beginning, everything was very clear and efficient with Monica! She responds quickly and is readily willing to help! My stay was excellent: apartment exactly as described, everything very clean, excellent shower, well-equipped kitchen and with the utensils also extremely organized and clean! And on top of everything, Monica even left drinking water in the fridge, candies and chocolates available for consumption, as well as other amenities - very kind! The area where the apartment is located is quiet and quite safe, with quick access to the airport and easily connected to other areas of interest in the city! Access to the building and apartment was super easy, Mônica explained everything very well! Thank you for the stay, and for the experience in the apartment! Everything was excellent!

In relation to Lorian, I can say that she was a very helpful, friendly, helpful and available person with us, always worried if we were in need of anything, if we were enjoying it, finally, if our experience was being good. With regard to the flat, it is exactly what is shown in the photos. We stayed at number 4. We found the accommodation very cozy, super clean (including bed and bath linens) and very well cared for, all brand new. Finally, I would like to point out that the location is perfect, being just a few meters from the Ronchi brewery and the Vallino pizzeria, that is, if you like to drink, it is the best option because there is no need to use a car.

Great place to stay if you are looking to stay on the beach. Close to many restaurants, tourist sightseeing and the airport. Owner is very responsive and will answer any questions before and during the stay. Wonderful experience!

I highly recommend it! Very clean, and organized. All hygiene and cleaning items are available. They still had the extras to prevent shortages during the stay. The location is close to shops, which makes it easy to shop at markets, pharmacies, ice cream parlors, etc. Full kitchen.

The apartment is great, close to the beach, downtown and in front of the mall, literally just across the street. Wilmar was extremely helpful and attentive, he exchanged Wpp with me several times to answer questions.

Location is great as well as the apartment itself. The Itaparica beach, in turn, is excellent, having great kiosks (I recommend Marimar) and privileged location, being 20 minutes from the shopping center of Vitória. For those who are in doubt, the apartment is on the beach block, less than 5 minutes from the sand. We had a small mishap with hydro, but Daniel was very requested when looking for a solution to the unforeseen event. In addition to this, the host has indicated great places to go. I recommend your stay at the property!!
