The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, which was born between the sea and the mountains. It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

Ideal house to relax with the family, among olive trees and nature! It is simple and comfortable. We have a nice garden (not fenced but safe), with a playground, a 3*2m children's pool, a barbecue area, and foosball, to enjoy evenings outdoors with your family. Possibility of a cot and high chair for babies. We have several services nearby and, a few kilometers away, the beautiful Trabocchi coast with the long cycle/pedestrian path (sea view). The beaches: from stretches of sand to those of stone.

Vivi con stile in questo spazio straordinario. Questo appartamento è un monolocale dotato di tutti i confort. Ha un balcone che dà sul fronte strada e una piccola vista sul mare. Arredato con tanto amore, è molto tranquillo. Si trova al secondo piano e come si vede dalle foto il tetto è fatto tutto in legno. Si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi in paese. L'appartamento risiede in una casa privata ed è dotato di parcheggio interno gratuito. Risiede in paese e dista dal mare circa 3 km.

In the Belvedere, every window of the living room frames a monument. The Belvedere di Elisa has 6 beds, a large and welcoming open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and relaxation area, two bathrooms, one of which is complete. The Casa della Bifora is part of a small hotel spread over several locations (La Torre del Cornone). You will find us in the historic center of the village of Fontecchio (AQ), just a 5-minute walk from the main square of the village. Fontecchio is a medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet valley of the Aterno River.

We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.
