This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

Porzione di alloggio di circa 40 mq, situato in palazzo signorile, adatto per 2/3 persone, composto da ingresso, sala con divano letto singolo, bagno e camera matrimoniale. Si trova in zona Statuto, vicinissimo al centro città, ma fuori dalla ZTL, in posizione strategica per il polo fieristico della Fortezza da Basso. La fermata Statuto della tramvia e’ a 80 metri e con 7 minuti sarete alla stazione SMN. Vicino alla stazione Montelungo.
