I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in and stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet at night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area and would definitely book again in the future!

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

First time in Santa Marta and I absolutely loved it! This place is definitely worth it and it is really nice. I would recommend to everyone.

The apartment is very special: modern, airy, full of light, with an open and minimalist plan, it is very artsy. It has great ventilation and great views. Being located south of the Rodadero offers access to a much quieter beach but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the north. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. Great communication, very prompt and friendly, the owners gave us all kinds of timely information for our stay. The only thing we would like to be different is curtains in the shower, so you don't have to mop after each bathroom. We are definitely coming back to this cute apartment.

Very good location, the pool is open until late at night and from very good restaurants to the towers.

We spent amazing days in the stay. Mr. Ronald and Jhon were always super attentive, they helped us in terms of the activities we could do or what super markets to go for. The house is super cozy and we always had water🚿.

The apartment was newly renovated and adorable. Each room has its own full bath. There is a small pool/Jacuzzi in the main area. the kitchen is very small, which was fine for us. It is well located and the owners were very kind and helpful. highly recommend

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

Excellent property! Comfortable and comfortable! We couldn't use the TV as it was always unzipped and it's the only one in the house, but everything else was fine!

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything ready for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it provides a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the highway, even so you can walk to this beach or to Gaira. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a cooler, which made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

We loved the stay with you, without a doubt, we will return. It was too clean, tidy, and with all the necessary implements. We felt safe and very comfortable, The only recommendation is to check the washing machine, since we washed white clothes and they came out stained, or make the recommendation to the next residents. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Santa Marta, Colombia! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and offering stunning views. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and was well-equipped with three working AC units, which kept everything cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Wilson, along with Hilda, were incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and a few supermarket for any essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent apartment, everything very clean, organized, the towels and sheets of the best quality, there was everything in the kitchenware, the photos totally matched what the apartment is. Leidy, the person who received us is very kind and the owner David was always looking out for us, giving us useful information for our stay. Excellent place overall. Very close to the beach while also being quiet and peaceful. Great view and balcony, perfect weekend vacation for a couple. Overall, a 5-star experience and an owner who truly cares and is very responsive. In my opinion, it isn't suitable for 4 people unless 2 of them are under age 10 and ok to sleep on a very small couch and use a very small bathroom. Doormen were very nice, security situation was great, and there are two very good restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away, and about 100 more restaurants within a 15 or 20 minute walk.
