We had a wonderful experience in Don Luis' apartment during our family visit to the beautiful city of Santa Marta. I traveled with my wife and daughter, and from the first moment we felt at home. The apartment was impeccable, very well cleaned and with all the details taken care of for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Every morning we woke up to a spectacular view of the mountains at sunrise, a landscape that really invites tranquility and enjoyment of the natural environment. And in the afternoons, nothing like relaxing in the rooftop pool, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. Undoubtedly, one of the most special points of the place. Don Luis was an attentive and kind host, always willing to help us and make sure our stay was perfect. We recommend this accommodation without any hesitation and hope to return soon.

Excellent apartment, as seen in the photos, excellent cleanliness, spectacular ocean view, I would return every time I can book it, the building has spectacular facilities, the building's service has an impeccable customer service code, it is worth the price to pay for having a private beach.

I loved the place, every day I was with my family I felt at home, the apartment is very comfortable and cute , the spectacular location, the common areas of the divine and impeccable building. It will certainly be my destination whenever I go to Santa Marta!

Edwin's apartment is as shown in the photos, everything was very clean, it is very well equipped., they helped us with the entrance before the stipulated time, which was great because we were with children. the condominium is very comfortable in its facilities, the pools are wonderful, the coffee bar on the first floor very good, also has a bar on the 19th floor and on the beach, the staff is attentive and helpful. it's a place to recommend and repeat. It's comfortable, clean, the beach is nearby, the pools are great, if you want a beach plan it's perfect, it's a bit far from areas like El Rodadero and the historic center, which makes it a very quiet place.

Laura’s place was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities within the complex are easy to book on their website. Pools were great and perfect temperature. Kids areas were really nice. We loved the kiosks by the beach and the convenience of ordering food yo be delivered there. The restaurant Cambiante was amazing, great fresh food and very reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast from them as well (traditional arepas de huevo) which were great. Edinson, the person that manages the property for Laura is very attentive and even brought us the best arepas de huevo on our first day. He was always available to answer questions we had. We’ll definitely return to Laura’s place whenever we decide to come back to Santa Marta.

It's our second year in Santa Marta and our stay was great very nice apartment with sea views. They can do our grocery store and go to the restaurant on foot. the sea is not far away. Sandra our host met our expectations. Thanks again Sandra.

The stay was incredible, great location... the only thing is that there were no toiletries such as soaps, shampoos and others. Everything else is spectacular. The lady who received us was very formal and attentive.

Nice apartment close to a large shopping area with many restaurants and a supermarket. Clean and comfortable stay with easy check-in and a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Sergio’s place is absolutely stunning, it has everything I was looking for, since my parents have currently mobility issues, having the beach just in front with this beautiful view has been amazing! I highly recommended this place, and I hope I can come back with my wife and son soon!

The stay was excellent, the suite is recommended for 2 or 4 adults, the place is new and beautiful, you have a convenience store below the building and the beach is a few steps away, regarding the host is friendly and responds quickly

The place is really nice, just like the photos. They deliver it very clean, with the necessary implements. It is approximately a 7-minute walk to the beach. Magda is super friendly and attentive to needs. The only recommendation I would have is to have a dining table to be more comfortable when eating. Overall everything was excellent

A great stay option

The apartment was very clean and very well located. We really enjoyed the pool and tent on the beach. Communication with Alvaro was great, he was very attentive throughout our stay.

Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful resort. Gym, pool, beach, etc. very easy to check in and access facilities. Hosts were incredibly responsive with us, answered our questions, and assisted in every way. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend staying at this place. The place is beautiful, just like in the photos. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach, close to the ARA, drugstores and the Rodadero. Claudia is an excellent host. She is very kind and flexible with the checkout. The apartment is very nice, very clean and has everything you need. You feel at home. I would definitely go back to that place.

An amazing experience. Jonathan is an excellent host. Always attentive to our comfort and attentive to our requirements. The apartment is just as in the photos, very comfortable, everything is clean, tidy and in good condition! And the view is spectacular!!! As for Samaria, it is excellent. Not a single negative thing to say. We will definitely repeat the experience.

This is a beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean. You walk outside & you're literally on the beach. Playa Salguero is a great place to swim. You also get to be around the local fisherman which is nice The apartment is very comfortable and Pedro is a great host. Very responsive. About a 15 minute drive to Santa Marta. Gathering at sunset is a beautiful part of the experience.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Loved having the private beach and it always felt safe. The only thing I was disappointed about is the fact that when I asked about early check in I was told there would be an additional fee for that which I thought was very odd, in my experience as a long time Airbnb user I have never been asked to pay more for early check in it’s always done as a courtesy if the unit is available. I still gave the rental a high mark because it deserved it but was very disappointed with this request. Hope host rethinks this in the future.
