Is a simple studio with a soft bed, working desk, hot water showers, security gate, and full ROKU TV. As advertised. Was a great place to stay for a while. Nice and cozy.

Fer was always very attentive, he immediately resolved some things that came up and made me recommendations. The house does not have parking but it is safe to leave the car on the street. The area in which it is located is easily accessible and you arrive fast almost everywhere. I really loved living there for three months and loved Fer's attention. The experience of waking up between gardens and cooking outside is very good and the house is also not heated by the stove. I will miss living here a lot.
