A stairway leads from the apartment down a steep hill to the main road and the beach. The apartments includes: *Daily cleaning *Concierge service *Security guard at night *Parking area is shared and subject to availability IMPORTANT: This unit is located up a very steep hill, to which we owe the amazing views. Parking area is available for guests right next to the building, but it's narrow and ONLY suitable for a very small car, a quad (ATV) or Buggy. Guests with bigger vehicles would have to park down the road
