From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

It's composed by two big bedroom, both with a private bathroom; the kitchen and a bright living room where you can eat watching the nature outside. The apartment is part of a big house, and our family lives at the first floor. Anyway, both the apartments have a different entrance so we ensure a lot of privacy.
