Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Polvilho

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run freely on the grass outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

I was at Chácara Toka with a group of friends and it was a great experience. The space is beautiful and very pleasant, where we could rest and enjoy. Great service, we were always answered quickly. Super recommend to everyone!

Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linen and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a box in the bathroom with a gas shower and some more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

The best short-term apartment I've ever stayed in in São Paulo, and I go there often. The space has a quiet and cozy decor that makes the apartment look bigger and well organized. It has everything you need for hosting, including bath products such as shampoo, soap or moisturizer and in the kitchen, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and coffee capsules, all perfectly organized and available in small portions that facilitate day-to-day use without waste or old product. The bed is excellent, Queen size with very nice, clean and fragrant bedding and has nightstands, which is rare in these small apartments. If you like to walk, the location is spectacular, close to several options of restaurants, bars, good quality markets. The host was very attentive and helpful, with easy and quick communication. She sent a list of nearby and quality places which made my stay even easier. Amei!!!

The daily cleaning was impeccable, and the breakfast - served in the adjoining restaurant - is plentiful and tasty, a real bonus to start the day well. The location is strategic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The host was exceptional: attentive, quick to respond and always ready to help with kindness. Check-in was simple and communication was uncomplicated from start to finish. I would like to highlight the incredibly comfortable bed and the little treats that make all the difference — coffee capsules, chocolates and cookies selected with care. I recommend it without hesitation!

The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, super clean and well-decorated. I loved staying there… the garage is excellent and in the surroundings we have access to restaurants, produce and shopping.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment and will surely book it again! The apartment is as described and located in a nice condo building, with security and great facilities like gym, rooftop, lounge and laundry. The apartment has all the basic things one may need and is close to almost everything! Mini-grocery is right at the front of the building and very close to train station. Ubers are quick to come by as well. I like that the apartment has a balcony too! Close to bars and restaurants too. Security in the building is superb! Most of all, I appreciate Rodrigo's kindness, hospitality and responsiveness. He made my stay really welcoming and was always there for questions. Very flexible and understanding and he gave clear instructions. I was happy to have met him personally even at the last day (thanks for the gift)! I can't wait to come visit SP and book this place again for sure.

Denis was a great host, he was kind, helped with everything, and responded quickly. The place was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet, suitable for relaxing in nature!

I'm speechless to describe my experience, it was sensational. I loved every detail, Gabriel and his mother are incredible people, very welcoming. I felt at home, they were sensational, she had even left an extremely delicious cake with a beautiful letter. Nathalia was an exceptional host: extremely responsive and attentive. The place is even more beautiful in person, excellent for those who want to be immersed in nature. We were surprised by the details and care provided: from the entrance, where there was a guide/recommendations of what to do; marshmallows and the hosts' availability to help us with the fireplace; organization and cleanliness (a new loofah at our disposal), super clean towels, as well as bed linen. In addition, despite not having breakfast as advertised, they provided coffee and tea capsules! We highly recommend it!!

The stay was incredible! Great for going as a couple and taking the pet, very cozy, super well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed… for the cold days the air/heater in the living room and the fireplace in the living room helped a lot! There is also a fondue machine for a great romantic dinner! Super close to SP, with plenty of vegetation and silence! A special thank you to Adriana, who was very friendly and attentive from the first contact, always responding very quickly, available to answer questions and help if necessary!! You can see the affection with which she treats the space and the guests!! We would definitely recommend it and come back!😄❤️
