The place is in a somewhat secluded and quiet place, but at the same time, if you walk, it takes half an hour to get somewhere to buy food or see a store. The apartment is very nice and comfortable to stay in, especially as a couple, since the bathroom does not have much privacy. I liked it a lot and maybe it will rest

Exceptional accommodation. With all kinds of amenities and services, everything is new or almost new, well located next to the highway and just a 10-minute drive from Santander or numerous fantastic places and places to visit. Although as dice is close to the highway it is a place full of tranquility. We have not made use of it but they also have a large restaurant with a large terrace and free parking. Communication with Javier our host is quick and very easy and was very friendly allowing us to enter the apartment before the indicated time. Without a doubt it is a place to keep repeating accommodation as long as we come back in Cantabria

Our stay was great!! We traveled with children (10 and 8 years old)with what that implies and the apartment had all the comforts, everything was very clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need is super well located two minutes from downtown with supermarkets , restaurants and entertainment area very close to us. It was super easy to tour the city. Access to the apartment was also super easy and very well indicated!! We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Beatriz’s apartment was perfect for a week in Santander and our family of 4. Our 2 children enjoyed playing on the terrace and with Beatriz’s cats. Great amenities near to the beaches and city. Beatriz was great at communicating and welcoming. Highly recommend and would easily stay again.

Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

We stayed in Marga and Javier‘s wonderful apartment for 10 days in May. It is personal, spacious and uniquely well equipped providing for everything you need cooking, dining and living. The terrace and the view to the seafront and beaches are terrific. Javier is a welcoming, kind and attentive host. For those coming by cars, it also have good parking just outside the house. Highly recommended.

We had such a fabulous stay at Cristina's apartment! Firstly, Cristina herself is just the sweetest person. As soon as we booked the apartment, she was incredibly communicative and helpful, not missing a detail! She also provided us with a ton of great recommendations for around the area. She is really a fantastic host. The apartment is also amazing, and exactly as it appears in the photos - gorgeous seaviews, everything you need and more, and absolutely spotless. We especially loved that you had the incredible views in every room! Additionally, the living room was large and comfortable, the bedroom beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature throughout, and a spacious well-equppied kitchen. We loved it all! When we return to Spain, we would love to stay here again. Thanks again Cristina :)

Belen's apartment exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need to spend the perfect stay. The decor is very nice and cozy. They left us welcome details upon arrival (breakfast, coffee...) Very good location, beaches very close, as well as bars, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Belén is an excellent host, very attentive to anything we might need. We will definitely repeat, it is a highly recommended accommodation!!

A place with incredible peace and very well located. If you're looking to spend a few quiet days, it's an ideal place. It is in the middle of nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to be able to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

We stayed two nights in the studio and everything was perfect. It is very cozy and quiet place, you can breathe peace. The mattress is very comfortable and sleeps very well. As for the environment, it is very close to beautiful places to visit, such as Costa Brobrada, Santillana del Mar, Santander, San Vicente de la Boquera, comillas, etc. Mintxu is very attentive and friendly!!

The apartment was in an ideal location to visit Santillana del Mar, very comfortable and quiet. And safe parking was provided.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great point in favor!

The place is just like the photos. Spacious, comfortable for a family. Grocery store and playground down the street. The garden is small but cozy, and the common areas of the development are spotless. Perfect place for a family with small children like us. Vanesa and her husband were very friendly and flexible with our questions and requests, and always answered very quickly.

La Casa de las Flores is a beautiful, comfortable apartment, fully furnished, and including all modern amenities. Comillas' seafront and beach are easily accessible via a short stepped pathway close to the apartment neighbourhood, while the town centre is only a 10m walk away. Jorge was a wonderful host who kept us informed in the run-up to our vacation and was attentive throughout, providing pointers to local restaurants, experiences and activities both in and around Comillas. We especially enjoyed the apartment's private garden, and found the neighbourhood quiet and convenient during our stay (first half of June). Recommended.
