Holiday rentals with a patio in Sant'Anna Arresi

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

This place was so spacious and clean! It was a beautiful place to stay, I would definitely come back. Convenient location too. Our host was lovely as well.

Hôtes réactifs , courtois , aucun soucis de communication L appartement était d une propreté impeccable ! Il y avait tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires , de bonnes qualité ; ainsi que lave vaisselle , machine à laver , clim dans toutes les pièces , salle de bain spacieuse .. le nécessaire pour la plage ; l endroit est dans un complexe , très calme et sécurisé à quelques km des premières plages Par contre , l appartement étant en rez de jardin , il est sombre dans la chambre parental , sdb et cuisine ; la literie un peu dur mais ce n est que mon goût Le jardin avec barbecue , table et chaises est un plus que nous avons apprécié Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour dans le sud près des plages.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Logement parfait pour découvrir le sud ouest de la Sardaigne. Tout le nécessaire dans le logement. Jardin et piscine très relaxants pour se prélasser après une longue journée. Angelo s’est rendu disponible chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Une adresse à retenir si vous voulez découvrir cette belle région !

Vi fullkomligt älskade lägenheten, Cagliari och Sardinien. Mauros lägenhet var fantastisk. Fräsch, modern, underbar takterrass. Läget är väldigt bra med närhet till restauranger och sevärdheter. Livsmedel och bussar till Poetto (stranden) finns nerför backen. Lite jobbigare hem, och de fem trapporna var en utmaning vissa kvällar :) Vi kommer absolut tillbaka till Cagliari och hoppas då bo i denna lägenhet igen.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Das Highlight war der Ausblick auf der wunderschönen Terrasse! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht zu kochen und mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick zu essen, war ein Traum. Andrea hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben das Familienrestaurant besucht, den freundliche Service und das hochwertige Essen genossen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit! Es ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber auch da hat uns Andrea super und sehr schnell geholfen. Danke für alles!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ! La proximité avec la plage est un grand avantage avec deux enfants ! Pas besoin d’utiliser les toilettes publiques, nous pouvions retourner à la maison en 2 minutes ! L’emplacement est génial, la plage est littéralement l’autre côté de la rue! We had such an amazing time staying at Riccardo’s villa, it’s in a stunning area and the place is beautiful and has everything you need. We were given lots of local recommendations and Riccardo was so helpful during the arrangement of our stay. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again in the future!

We had a great experience during our stay. As many have already mentioned, the house is located in a very peaceful area and offers everything you need for a comfortable multi-day stay. There are several terraces with seating options, so you’ll always find a sunny or shady spot to relax, no matter the time of day. The absolute highlight is the view: a stunning panorama of Genn'e Mari beach – which is just a 5–10 minute walk away – as well as the surrounding hills and the sea. Truly spectacular. A (rental) car is definitely recommended to get groceries, visit nearby restaurants, or reach sights and places that are a bit further away, as mentioned in the listing. We truly enjoyed our time here – not least thanks to the warm and helpful communication with Manuela throughout. Thank you again!

We werden persoonlijk heel hartelijk ontvangen en er stond een erg leuk welkomstpakket met een koud biertje, wijn met snacks en veel fruit. Helemaal top👍. Het appartement is helemaal compleet ingericht en heeft goede voorzieningen, is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum en een aantal heerlijke stranden.Wij raden dit appartement ten zeerste aan en komen zelf ook graag nog een keertje terug. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und die Ausstattung ist neu. Toller Aussengrill! Man braucht bei der Lage zwar ein Auto, hat dafür aber einen schönen Ausblick. Strände von Chia 10 min. mit dem Auto, Supermärkte in Pula ebenfalls ca. 10 min. Unten an der Hauptstraße geht es direkt gegenüber durch eine Ferienanlage zu einem schönen Strand ( kleiner Parkplatz nach ca. 400 m rechts). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Stefano ist der perfekte Gastgeber! Immer erreichbar, kompetent und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein späterer check-out war möglich, dafür nochmal unseren Dank!!

Vi hade några fina dagar i Poetto. Boendet var rent och fint och nära stranden. Silvia är en fantastisk värd. Hon var mycket hjälpsam. Hon svarade snabbt på frågor. Hon gav tydliga instruktioner för lägenheten och bra information om området. Rekommenderar detta boende.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Anto&Gio zu Gast und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser, Wein, Bier und Eiswürfel standen für uns bereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten wurde dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts super schön. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Jennifer hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Besonders hervorheben möchte das es sehr sauber war und es immer toll gerochen hat. Auf der Dachterasse lassen sich bestimmt schöne Abend verbringen wir hatten leider nicht die Zeit dazu. Jennifer ihrer Unterkünfte kann ich klar empfehlen.

Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war freundlich und unkompliziert. Er hat uns Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
